Back Playtech Launches New Mobile App with bet365

Playtech has developed a brand new native - or specifically developed for mobile platforms - casino app and bet365 is the first licensee to go live with product.

Compatible with Android and iOS phones or tablets, the app offers a three times faster performance than similar HTML5 products and instant game access that will have you playing your favorite games within seconds after download.

The app is loaded with over 100 games made up of a combination of slots and table games. Customization is key as players have the option to mark their favorite games and partake in the special offers featured in the promotions section.

Improved navigation is a step up from the previous mobile app, which is available in to iOS users in the App Store and Android users directly on bet365’s website.

Playtech COO, Shimon Akad, talks about the research done in preparation for this product:  “Research, including a recent Nielsen report, suggests that 89% (vs. c.11% browser) of time on mobile is spent in-app, supporting the theory that native apps are what players want to use when gaming."

“Playtech has invested significantly in native technologies, backing up our strategy to provide the best solutions for our partners and their players. The instant and sticky native play functionality and new features will ensure our licensees can drive player values and make our new app the best on the market today.”

Christian H Bogstrand, Chief Executive Officer and Head of Gaming Hillside (Gibraltar) Limited, bet365, commented, “We have worked closely with Playtech on the development of the new Casino native app, ensuring we provide high quality content with a much faster and improved gaming experience.”
