Back QTech Launches AI Live Dealer Casino With Sentient

QTech Games has partnered with Sentient Gaming Group to introduce AI-driven live casino content to its platform. The agreement brings what is described as the first fully interactive AI live-dealer experience to operators in emerging markets, expanding QTech’s existing live-casino offering.

The rollout includes AI Roulette with Amanda, a European roulette game featuring a virtual croupier capable of interacting with players during gameplay. The title is launching exclusively through QTech Games, giving its partners early access to this new format.

AI Dealers Bring Interactive Gameplay

Sentient’s technology combines real-time gaming with artificial intelligence, allowing virtual dealers to respond to player actions and chat. These AI characters adapt over time using machine learning, shaping interactions based on individual behavior.

AI Roulette with Amanda introduces this concept through a responsive croupier who communicates with players throughout each session. The system aims to create a more tailored experience by adjusting its responses as gameplay progresses.

Sentient Gaming Group plans to extend its portfolio with additional AI-powered table games, including blackjack and baccarat. Each title will feature distinct AI characters designed with individual traits and roles.

Operators will also be able to request customized versions of AI dealers, including localized language options and branded designs. These features allow platforms to adapt the experience to specific markets and audiences.

Executive Perspectives on the Launch

Kapil, AI Leader at Sentient Gaming Group, said: “Live-dealer is an in-demand product across the planet, but Sentient Gaming Group’s next-gen croupier offering is taking this vertical to the another level, encouraging players to interact in real-time for a new level of engagement. Our unique blend of authentic AI experiences, roleplaying, and personalised real-time interactivity make us a game-changer in this keystone live-dealer vertical. And this world-first rollout of AI Roulette with Amanda with our friends at QTech will be an instructive case in point.

“This agreement will organically broaden Sentient’s geographic reach, targeting emerging markets from Africa to Asia and Latin America, and generating new revenue streams. Moreover, though, we are dedicated to delivering a series of high-class and customisable live-dealer solutions with bespoke AI-driven tables to help any platform partner ensure a complete brand experience that players enjoy and return to, driving deeper engagement and brand loyalty. Don’t hesitate to reach out to learn more.”

Philip Doftvik, CEO of QTech Games, said: “Sentient instantly stood out as a pioneer for the live-dealer experience with this revolutionary new AI-powered stewardship of croupiers, who are always on, never miss a beat, and in fact learn from their interactions to foster a more personalised UX. It’s all about focusing on the player journey and evoking more connections through that journey, thanks to a new level of AI-inspired authenticity, tailoring the experience to the player.”

Additional Partnership Expands Content

QTech Games has also signed an agreement with AdvantPlay, adding a mix of slot-style and instant-win titles to its platform. The portfolio includes games such as Aztec: Bonus Hunt, Dragon Chi’s Quest, and Maya: Elemental Totem, alongside an Original Games series featuring Crash and Plinko.

This addition broadens QTech’s catalog, extending its reach into new gameplay formats while supporting its focus on emerging markets.
