An Homage to the Messenger of Gods
If you belong to fans of online casino games inspired by Norse mythology, then you’ll be happy to hear a word or two about Quickspin’s newest work of art. Taking players on a journey through Ragnarök, the Raven Rising, home to fantastically illustrated symbols and a wide range of top-performing features, is expected to hit the shelves on November 8, 2022.
Organized as a 3x5 grid, this tumbling game is home to multipliers, free spins bonuses, a gamble feature, and many other fun-filled elements. It displays 20 lines and three different RTP levels- 87%, 94%, and 96%. Two Gods, hammer, and axe represent the medium-value icons, while card deck letters are lower-paying ones.
Aside from launching new content, Quickspin has been working on firming its global presence by gaining approvals from relevant regulators. In October 2022, the provider was granted a supplier license on behalf of the Hellenic Gaming Commission. Near the end of March, the studio received certificate to enter Ontario and showcase its top-notch products to local clientele.
Impressive Selection of Features
As we hinted in the introductory part, the Raven Rising slot is home to an abundance of interesting features. To start with, the Midgård base game and Ragnarök Free Spins Bonus both have multipliers that increase by one every time a winning combination appears.
The bonus is activated when 3 or more Raven Scatter symbols appear on the reels, granting up to 15 additional rounds. On top of that, the feature can be retriggered, also when 3 or more Raven Scatters land on the grid.
Furthermore…
…the game displays a Gamble Feature, where players can gamble their existing Ragnarök Free Spins and receive an additional portion of bonus rounds. If they win the gamble, an extra Raven Scatter is awarded, but if they lose, the existing bonus spins will be gone as well.
What’s even more, there’s a possibility to activate Buy Feature for 100x bet. Once this mode is launched, 3+ Raven Scatters will appear on reels, opening room for more winning opportunities. This option is available in limited jurisdictions.
Highlights from Quickspin’s Catalog
So far, the provider has surprised games with a wide spectrum of interesting games. The one to break the ice this year was Cash Truck, a 5-reel, 4-to-7-high ways game, equipped with tumbling reels and a grid that expands with every win.
Celebrating the Year of Tiger…
… the studio launched Tiger’s Glory, with a max win of 12,000x. It’s interesting to mention that this game comes in Tiger’s Glory Ultra variant as well, with higher RTP, higher exposure, and higher volatility.
Accommodated deep inside the tropical jungle, Azticon Chaos Clusters introduces players to the land of Tenoch, ruler of the Aztecs. Shortly after, the portfolio was reinforced with Flip Royale, Slugger Time, and Sticky Bandits Trail of Blood , the most volatile addition to the Sticky Bandits collection.
Merging one of its most successful titles with popular mechanics, the studio unveiled Eastern Emeralds Megaways, a vividly illustrated adventure with a great selection of features. Following these were Beastwood with Expanding Ways, and Spinions Game Day, a football-themed story with Passing Wilds.

Norse mythology is full of ravens because it's really hard not to admire such a smart animal. Keeping that in mind, it's easy to see why people often put them in games and such as the main theme. Quickspin did a great job with this one, it really does make you appreciate norse mythology and their whole aesthetic. Well done.
