Back SA Gaming Gains BMM Certification for South Africa

SA Gaming has obtained certification for its gaming portfolio in South Africa following testing conducted by BMM Testlabs. The approval confirms that the company’s titles meet regulatory and technical standards required for operation in the country’s regulated gaming market.

The certification was announced on March 12 and marks another step in the company’s efforts to expand its presence within South Africa’s iGaming sector. Independent laboratories such as BMM Testlabs evaluate gaming products to verify that they comply with the rules established by licensed jurisdictions.

With this certification completed, SA Gaming is preparing to introduce its products more broadly in the South African market, building on previous regulatory approvals obtained in the country.

Independent Testing Confirms Compliance Standards

BMM Testlabs conducted the certification process for SA Gaming’s portfolio. The testing laboratory has operated in the gaming industry for more than four decades and is widely recognized for assessing gaming systems and software in regulated markets.

Certification from an independent testing organization plays a key role in the approval process for gaming suppliers. Regulators require companies to submit their technology and products for technical examination before allowing them to operate in licensed environments.

During these evaluations, laboratories analyze game performance, system integrity and compliance with established standards. Only products that meet these requirements receive certification for use within regulated jurisdictions.

SA Gaming noted that BMM’s long history in the gaming industry contributes to the credibility of its certifications. The laboratory has developed a reputation for testing gaming technologies used by operators and suppliers worldwide.

Licensing Progress Supports Market Entry

The certification adds to earlier regulatory progress achieved by SA Gaming in South Africa. The company previously secured a National Supplier License from the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board (WCGRB), which permits the distribution of gaming products and related services in the jurisdiction.

Together, the license and technical certification establish the regulatory framework required for suppliers to operate within the country’s iGaming environment. The approval allows SA Gaming to move forward with plans to introduce its gaming solutions to operators active in the market.

Live Gaming Portfolio And Global Licenses

SA Gaming has built its business around live dealer gaming products delivered through its proprietary platform. The company has operated in the online gaming sector for more than fifteen years and provides a range of table game experiences designed for digital casino environments.

Its portfolio includes live versions of casino staples such as baccarat, roulette and blackjack, presented through real-time dealer streaming technology. These games form the core of the company’s offering to online casino operators.

In addition to its progress in South Africa, SA Gaming holds regulatory approvals in several other jurisdictions. The company has received authorization from Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism and maintains a business-to-business license issued by the Curacao Gaming Control Board.

By combining its existing licenses with the newly obtained certification, SA Gaming aims to strengthen its international presence while continuing to expand into additional regulated markets. The approval from BMM Testlabs provides a key step in that process as the company prepares to introduce its products to South African operators.
