As part of an LCB Casino Check review, we investigated Acey.live and evaluated its licensing claims, ownership structure, and game authenticity. The casino’s presentation suggests regulated operation, but our findings contradict those representations.
The domain acey.live was registered on December 30, 2025, and was examined by LCB on January 10, 2026. The casino positioned itself as a regulated operation with cryptocurrency support, branded casino content, and references to well-known gaming authorities. Our findings do not support those claims.
License Claims and Regulatory Misrepresentation
The casino promotes Curaçao Gaming Authority and UK Gambling Commission licensing across its pages. The footer states that the site is operated by InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V. (registration number 137453), with Medium Rare Ltd. listed as the payment agent. The Licenses & Security page expands on this by presenting InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V. as the company behind Acey.live and displaying the Curaçao Gaming Authority badge along with a UKGC logo.

The Licenses & Security page further displays license number OGL/2024/106/0170 and asserts that the license was granted on June 7, 2025, and is “Active.”

Checks performed against Curaçao Gaming Authority documentation do not confirm this status. Official records show that license OGL/2024/106/0170 was revoked on December 8, 2025, at the request of the operator.

The Terms and Conditions page adds an additional narrative, stating:
“Long Island N.V. has an application (OGL/2024/1451/0918) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Until that process is concluded, based on a transitional arrangement outlined in the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (P.B. 2024, no. 157), the company is permitted to continue its operations under this Certificate of Operation.”
This raises two issues:
- The operator name changes from InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V. to Long Island N.V.
- License number OGL/2024/1451/0918 is not associated with Long Island N.V. but with Medium Rare N.V. and had expired on December 9, 2025.
There is no validation supporting Acey.live’s claims of UKGC authorization. This confirms that both licensing statements - CGA and UKGC - are misleading.
Ownership Inconsistencies and Corporate Status
InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V. is referenced in the footer and on licensing pages as the operator. However, an official notice in the Curaçao Government Gazette confirms that InterStorm (Curaçao) N.V. was dissolved on November 10, 2025, with the liquidator declaring that no assets or liabilities remained and that the company ceased to exist.

Meanwhile, Long Island N.V., which appears in the Terms and Conditions, is listed in the Curaçao Chamber of Commerce registry under company number 157372. The registration date is May 17, 2021, and its company activities include remote gaming and betting. Records show that Long Island N.V.’s registration was discontinued as of October 2, 2024.

This creates a scenario where one referenced owner was dissolved in 2025, while the other had its registration discontinued in 2024. Neither can legally operate an online casino in 2026, yet both appear throughout Acey.live’s content.
Fake Game Providers and Technical Evidence
The casino displays game content attributed to popular providers including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Evoplay, 1Win, and Mirror Image Gaming. Our technical inspection confirmed that these games are counterfeit and do not originate from official provider servers. Indicators included manipulated JavaScript files, mismatched source paths, and the absence of legitimate remote game infrastructure. This setup gives full casino-side control over displayed balances and session outcomes.

Scam Pattern Match
Acey.live’s configuration matches a fraud pattern familiar to the LCB team. These operations typically lure players with bonuses, generate convincing on-screen wins, block withdrawals with verification-related requests, and ultimately cycle domains once reputational damage sets in. The platform structure, licensing claims, counterfeit software, and non-existent regulatory recourse align with this pattern.
Final Assessment
Acey.live operates without a valid gambling license, misrepresents regulatory status, uses dissolved or discontinued corporate entities, and presents counterfeit game software from major suppliers. These conditions create a high-risk environment for players with no realistic path to dispute resolution or withdrawal completion. Players should avoid this casino.
