Back SOFTSWISS Marks 17th Year With Formula 4 Events

SOFTSWISS celebrated its 17th anniversary by bringing employees and business partners together for two Formula 4 Racing Experience events at Tor Poznań, using motorsport as the centerpiece of its milestone celebrations.

The company organized separate track days for team members and partners, giving participants the opportunity to drive Formula 4 race cars under professional supervision. Each event combined driving sessions with activities designed to encourage collaboration while reflecting the qualities the company associates with its work, including precision, rapid decision-making, and continuous performance improvement.

Formula 4 Experience Combines Driving and Team Activities

The program opened with technical briefings and circuit familiarization before participants moved onto the track with guidance from professional racing instructors. Drivers completed several sessions behind the wheel while receiving coaching throughout the experience.

Beyond the circuit laps, attendees took part in additional challenges that added a team-building element to the event. These included a blind driving exercise, a precision driving challenge, and a reaction test, giving participants opportunities to work together in a different setting.

SOFTSWISS said the anniversary initiative reflected its belief that shared experiences can strengthen workplace culture while also supporting long-term business relationships.

Victor Sekushenko, Head of Sales at SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, said: “Partnerships in this industry are built on trust, and trust grows fastest outside the meeting room. Putting our partners behind the wheel of a Formula 4 car gave them something no pitch deck or conference call ever could: a shared adrenaline rush and a story to tell.”

Natalia Perkowska, Head of Events and Business Travel at SOFTSWISS, added: “Culture is shaped by the moments teams share, not only by policies. Watching colleagues cheer each other on from the pit lane said more about how we work together than any internal survey could.”

Focus Turns to September Technology Conference

Following the anniversary celebrations, SOFTSWISS is preparing for the Tech Race Summit, scheduled to take place in Warsaw on September 10, 2026. The conference will bring together technology leaders, operators, and engineers to discuss infrastructure, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence adoption across the industry.

The speaker lineup includes Andrey Doronichev, former Google executive and founder of the AI company Optic. Engineering leaders from AWS, Oracle, Cloudflare, Fastly, and Plata are also confirmed to participate in the event.

Current ticket pricing for the conference remains available until August 15 through the Tech Race Summit website.

The Formula 4 experiences and the upcoming conference form part of SOFTSWISS' broader efforts to encourage collaboration both within the company and across the wider industry. The anniversary events gave employees and partners an opportunity to interact outside traditional business settings while taking part in activities centered on teamwork and performance.

Attention now shifts to the Tech Race Summit, where technology specialists and industry representatives will meet to discuss infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI adoption. Together, the anniversary celebrations and the September conference reflect the company's continued focus on creating opportunities for professional engagement through shared experiences and technical discussion.
