Back SOFTSWISS Named Best iGaming Platform Supplier

SOFTSWISS has begun 2026 with industry recognition after receiving the Best iGaming Platform Supplier of the Year title at the European iGaming Awards 2026. The award reflects the company’s focus on platform reliability, product scale, and long-term cooperation with operators across regulated and emerging markets.

The recognition highlights the technical foundation of the SOFTSWISS ecosystem. Across its solutions, the company reports 99.999% uptime, a level designed to support operators running uninterrupted, high-volume iGaming operations where system availability plays a central role in day-to-day performance.

Portfolio Growth and Product Performance

Developments made during 2025 contributed to the award outcome. The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator expanded beyond 40,000 live games, all supplied by established studios and actively maintained. Rather than focusing on catalogue size alone, the aggregator applies quality controls intended to ensure the content remains commercially viable for operators.

The Sportsbook product also factored into the recognition. Built for rapid integration, it allows operators to go live in less than a week on both proprietary platforms and third-party systems. During 2025, the Sportsbook introduced two Network Jackpot campaigns. One produced a single payout exceeding 80,000 euro, while a later campaign distributed more than 130,000 euro among several players and brands using the Multi-Prizes feature.

Industry Recognition and Market Perspective

The award also reflects the company’s emphasis on predictable and transparent partnerships. Mykhailo Hrechyna, Head of Operations at SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, said: “This award is an important signal from the market that technological stability matters, but it's not enough. Operators value partners they can trust for transparency and predictability. Our focus has always been on building solutions that perform reliably and on maintaining open, honest relationships with partners. Recognition like this confirms that the industry values that approach.”

Looking ahead, SOFTSWISS has stated that improving partner experience across its ecosystem remains a priority in 2026. This direction aligns with themes outlined in its 2026 iGaming Trends report, which points to trust as a key driver of sustainable growth in a more mature market environment.

AI Leadership Appointment Supports Strategy

Earlier in January 2026, SOFTSWISS strengthened its technology roadmap by appointing Denis Romanovskiy as its first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer. Romanovskiy previously served as Deputy Chief Technology Officer for more than five years and held senior roles at EPAM Systems and Wargaming.net.

In his new role, Romanovskiy oversees the rollout of an enterprise-grade AI platform designed to support automation, data analysis, and decision-making across the organisation. The platform operates as a central infrastructure layer, connecting AI tools with internal systems while maintaining access control, auditability, and cost transparency.

Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS, said: “The creation of the Chief AI Officer role is a reflection of how critical artificial intelligence has become to the future of technology. AI is transforming how we build products, how businesses operate and how value is created. By investing early in a unified AI platform and dedicated leadership, SOFTSWISS is positioning itself at the forefront of this shift.”
