The award reflects the company’s focus on platform reliability, product scale, and long-term cooperation with operators across regulated and emerging markets.
The recognition highlights the technical foundation of the SOFTSWISS ecosystem. Across its solutions, the company reports 99.999% uptime, a level designed to support operators running uninterrupted, high-volume iGaming operations where system availability plays a central role in day-to-day performance.

Developments made during 2025 contributed to the award outcome. The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator expanded beyond 40,000 live games, all supplied by established studios and actively maintained. AI Leadership Appointment Supports Strategy
Earlier in January 2026, SOFTSWISS strengthened its technology roadmap by appointing Denis Romanovskiy as its first Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer. Romanovskiy previously served as Deputy Chief Technology Officer for more than five years and held senior roles at EPAM Systems and Wargaming.net.
In his new role, Romanovskiy oversees the rollout of an enterprise-grade AI platform designed to support automation, data analysis, and decision-making across the organisation. The platform operates as a central infrastructure layer, connecting AI tools with internal systems while maintaining access control, auditability, and cost transparency.
