Back SOFTSWISS Reveals Innovations at ICE Barcelona 2025

SOFTSWISS, a prominent name in iGaming software development, presented its innovative solutions at ICE Barcelona 2025. Marking a historic moment, this year’s ICE event relocated from London to Barcelona, reflecting the city’s growing prominence in the global gaming industry.

This relocation aligns with Spain’s economic achievements, as the International Monetary Fund (IMF) recognized the nation as the ‘best-performing economy’ worldwide by the close of 2024. With Spain’s Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) hitting €1.24 billion in 2023, the shift underscores the country’s increasing role in shaping the iGaming landscape.

SOFTSWISS Showcases Game Aggregator

At the forefront of SOFTSWISS’s exhibition was its renowned Game Aggregator. Touted as the largest game hub in the industry, this solution offers access to over 27,800 games from more than 280 providers. It stands out for its certifications in security and technical compliance, catering to both emerging markets like Peru and Brazil and established European markets, including Spain. The Game Aggregator ensures seamless integration for operators while adhering to local regulations, making it a top choice for operators worldwide.

“We are thrilled to be part of ICE 2025, especially in this historic edition in Barcelona. The relocation of ICE from London to Barcelona underscores the maturity of Spain's iGaming industry. This move not only cements the city’s status as a major hub for iGaming but is also poised to positively impact the local economy through increased tourism, business opportunities, and industry innovation,” said Valentina Bagniya, Chief Marketing Officer at SOFTSWISS. She further emphasized Barcelona’s evolution as a tech hub blending innovation and global visibility.

A Creative Marketing Approach

Adding to its technological showcase, SOFTSWISS debuted a fresh marketing campaign titled “Hungry for Success? Dive in with SOFTSWISS.” Central to the campaign was a striking shark image, symbolizing strength, leadership, and technological excellence. Attendees explored the concept at the SOFTSWISS booth and witnessed its creative interpretation through a live performance by Slim Safont, a celebrated local artist known for his murals in Los Angeles, Italy, and New York.

Safont captivated audiences by co-creating the “technological shark” image during the event. Speaking about the experience, he remarked, “These types of visual activations allow brands to connect with their audience, and in this case, thanks to the participation of the fair’s attendees, we succeeded in creating a more engaging and memorable experience.”

Exploring New Markets

SOFTSWISS also demonstrated its focus on market expansion and expertise sharing. Max Trafimovich, the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, led a masterclass on opportunities in the UAE. The session delved into strategies for entering new markets and navigating regulatory frameworks, providing attendees with valuable insights into this emerging region.
