Back SOFTSWISS Sets Out 2026 Plans Focused On Regulation And AI

SOFTSWISS has presented its strategic direction for 2026, setting priorities around growth in regulated markets, stronger technical execution, and wider use of artificial intelligence across its operations. The Malta-based iGaming technology provider said the roadmap also includes continued attention to partner service, internal development, and industry education, as it positions itself for the next phase of market expansion.

Expansion Within Regulated Jurisdictions

The company confirmed that regulated markets remain central to its plans for the coming year. SOFTSWISS intends to build on its position as a technology partner offering compliant products that can be adapted to different legal frameworks. By maintaining market-ready platforms and tailored services, the company aims to support operators facing frequent regulatory changes and stricter player protection requirements.

According to the strategy outline, SOFTSWISS plans to help partners enter new jurisdictions while maintaining stable platform performance and security standards. Advanced analytics and compliance-focused product design are expected to play a key role in supporting operators as regulatory expectations continue to evolve across regions.

Delivery Speed And Technical Execution

Improving how quickly products move from concept to production stands out as a major operational focus for 2026. SOFTSWISS said it will continue refining development processes to shorten delivery cycles while maintaining reliability and compliance readiness. The company highlighted a recent milestone in which its Sportsbook product went live in 14 calendar days from contract signing to the placement of the first bet.

Building on that result, the company plans further optimisation of internal workflows and closer coordination between teams. The goal is to help partners move from feature request to release with fewer delays, even as products grow in complexity and scale.

Ivan Montik, Founder of SOFTSWISS, said: “Going into 2026, we are taking a very pragmatic view of what partners need from a technology provider: predictable delivery, resilient performance, and solutions that are ready for regulated markets,” He added, “We are strengthening product maturity, speeding up execution through smarter tooling, including AI, and continuing to invest in the service and expertise that help operators grow with confidence.”

AI Adoption And Partner Experience

Artificial intelligence will play a broader role in daily operations as SOFTSWISS increases the use of AI-powered tools across teams. These tools are intended to support consistency and speed throughout development and delivery processes. The company has already created a Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer position, which it described as a sign of long-term commitment to this area.

Alongside technology priorities, SOFTSWISS plans to continue improving the experience it offers partners. Research carried out with Kantar shows strong satisfaction levels, including an average score of 8.3 out of 10 for the Casino Platform and 9 out of 10 for the Game Aggregator. In 2026, the company plans further improvements across technical performance, commercial support, and daily collaboration.

The strategy also includes ongoing investment in staff development and industry knowledge-sharing. Following the release of its fourth iGaming Trends report, SOFTSWISS plans to publish a fifth anniversary edition later this year. Company representatives will also attend ICE Barcelona 2026, where meetings will be held at Stand 1B30.
