SOFTSWISS will use SBC Lisbon to present its latest view of the iGaming sector, with its 2027 iGaming Trends report and Prediction Markets Platform among the main features at the event.
The company will exhibit from 29 September to 1 October 2026 at stands B501 and C422. Its fifth annual trends report will be released on 29 September at stand B501, where operators can review analysis intended to support planning for the year ahead. The company will also use the event to give visitors an opportunity to examine its wider product ecosystem and discuss developments affecting regulated markets.
New Research Expands Its Industry View
The report has been produced with World Gaming (ex Clarion) and examines which developments have remained relevant across the industry and which have lost momentum. For its fifth edition, SOFTSWISS has also added perspectives from Amazon Web Services (AWS), widening the report's scope beyond conventional iGaming analysis.
SOFTSWISS will discuss the findings during a panel at Feira Internacional De Lisboa & Meo Arena on 29 September from 16:10 to 16:50. The session, titled "2027 iGaming Trends Report | Five Years of iGaming: Which Trends Endured, Which Faded, and What Comes Next?", will examine developments from the previous five years and what they could mean for future planning.
The report is positioned as a planning resource for operators assessing new markets and products while dealing with the requirements associated with regulated expansion. Its release at the event will give attendees an early opportunity to consider the findings as they prepare strategies for 2027.
Olga Resiga, Chief Business Development Officer at SOFTSWISS, said: “Operators are looking for practical ways to enter new markets, launch new products and manage the complexity of regulated growth. Our approach is to think ahead alongside operators, understanding their market, anticipating what comes next, and providing the technology and expertise to build for that future. Their ambition is the starting point for our work, and their success is how we measure it.”
Prediction Markets Take A Central Role
SOFTSWISS will also give significant attention to Prediction Markets, which it identifies as a growth opportunity for operators working in regulated jurisdictions.
Visitors can explore the company's Sportsbook and Prediction Markets offering at stand C422. Anton Lishchuk, Prediction Markets Commercial Strategist at SOFTSWISS, will take part in two sessions during the event.
On 30 September from 16:30 to 17:10, Lishchuk will join the panel "Prediction Markets: The Future's Not Near, It's Here." The discussion will cover factors driving the category, regulatory responses and how operators can position themselves competitively.
His second appearance will come on 1 October from 14:00 to 14:30 at the Prediction Markets Forum. His keynote, "Operators May Lose Prediction Markets Before They Enter Them", will focus on practical methods for introducing Prediction Markets while limiting operational complexity.
SOFTSWISS will have representatives available at its main stand, C501, as well as at C422, where visitors can discuss the trends report, Sportsbook and Prediction Markets products, and opportunities in different markets.

Super Hero
I've been to SBC events in the past and have enjoyed them a lot. I won't be attending this year, but I'm expecting Linkedin to be flooded with all the different updates. I know softswiss did quite a presentation at the Malta event this year, so I'm expecting nothing less from SBC event. Interested to see what they consider...
