SOFTSWISS, a key innovator in the iGaming space, has introduced two major enhancements to its Game Aggregator platform aimed at streamlining player engagement: a mobile interface control feature and a new AI-powered localisation tool. These updates are designed to improve user accessibility and help operators scale effectively in an increasingly global and mobile-first gaming landscape.
The Game Aggregator, boasting over 30,000 games in its portfolio, is now more adaptive to both operator needs and player expectations across various devices and regions. As the mobile gaming sector continues its rapid rise, these new tools signal SOFTSWISS’s commitment to staying ahead of evolving trends.
Meeting Players Where They Are: Mobile-Centric Improvements
The new Mobile UX control feature is a direct response to player and operator feedback regarding game display limitations on mobile devices. In the past, some games defaulted to full-screen mode, inadvertently hiding the casino’s interface—including essential navigational elements like the exit button. With this update, operators can now choose to disable this default behavior. This ensures that the casino’s branding and navigation tools remain accessible, reinforcing a cohesive experience across all devices.
With mobile continuing to dominate the iGaming market, these refinements come at a crucial time. According to H2 Gambling Capital, iGB’s main data partner, mobile gaming is growing at an annual rate of 14.9%. In 2024, mobile devices accounted for 59.5% of gross wins in betting and 31.5% in casino games. Furthermore, casino games are expected to outpace betting, with projected growth at 18% annually compared to 14% for betting.
Tailoring Content Globally with AI Localisation
The second major enhancement centers on content customisation for global audiences. The AI Localisation Tool, now integrated into the Game Aggregator’s back office under a dedicated “Localisation” tab, allows operators to instantly translate game content into multiple languages. This includes the ability to edit translations and set default language preferences by region, significantly cutting down on manual effort during regional campaign launches.
The localisation feature supports both desktop and mobile versions of games, helping ensure players receive consistent and contextually relevant content. “As SOFTSWISS grows globally, we encounter a wider spectrum of player needs, regulatory frameworks, and device usage patterns. Mobile-first development and localisation have long guided our Game Aggregator strategy,” said Tatyana Kaminskaya, Head of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator. “With these updates, we empower our partners to scale faster and deliver more relevant, high-performing experiences.”
Looking Ahead: Innovation and Expansion
SOFTSWISS, which has operated for over 15 years and employs more than 2,000 experts across Malta, Poland, and Georgia, continues to push boundaries in iGaming technology.
