Spinomenal has expanded its Hold & Hit slot collection with the introduction of Tornado Treasure – Hold & Hit 3x3, a new release that combines a compact reel layout with jackpot prizes, collection mechanics and feature-driven gameplay.
Set against a storm-filled backdrop, the game places players beneath a swirling tornado illuminated by flashes of lightning. Gold coins and blue gems circle the reels as the action unfolds on a 3x3 grid, accompanied by an energetic soundtrack designed to mirror the intensity of the setting.
The title incorporates familiar slot elements alongside dedicated bonus symbols that drive its core gameplay. A classic 777 icon serves as the Wild symbol, substituting for all regular symbols while excluding Bonus and Bonus Collect symbols.
Bonus Symbols Power the Main Feature
The game's feature system centres on two specialised symbols with designated reel positions. Bonus symbols appear only on the first and third reels, while Bonus Collect symbols are restricted to the middle reel.
Landing a Bonus Collect symbol together with one or more Bonus symbols activates the Bonus Game. Once triggered, the symbols responsible for launching the feature remain fixed on the reels. The round begins with three spins, during which only Bonus and Bonus Collect symbols can appear.
Throughout the feature, players can collect multiplier rewards ranging from x1 to x15. The game also includes opportunities to secure jackpot prizes while the bonus round remains active.
Each newly landed Bonus symbol transfers its value to every Bonus Collect symbol on the screen. After collection, the Bonus symbol disappears from the reels and its value is added to the total held by the collecting symbol. Whenever a Bonus or Bonus Collect symbol lands, the spin counter resets to three, extending the feature and creating further opportunities to build winnings.
The bonus round concludes when players record three consecutive spins without a winning symbol or when total collected rewards reach the game's maximum payout limit of 5,000 times the stake.
Jackpot Rewards and Instant Wins
Four jackpot tiers are available during the Bonus Game. The Grand Jackpot awards 1,000 times the total bet, while the Major, Minor and Mini jackpots pay x150, x50 and x25 respectively.
Jackpot symbols can appear randomly during the feature and award the corresponding prize when collected.
The game also includes a Bonus Blast feature that can activate at random. When triggered, additional Bonus and Bonus Collect symbols are added to the reels, increasing the likelihood of entering the Bonus Game.
Outside the main feature, players can still secure rewards through an Instant Win mechanic. If a Bonus Collect symbol lands alongside one or more Bonus symbols, including jackpot symbols, without activating the Bonus Game, the values are immediately gathered and credited directly to the player's balance.
