Rank’s player protection team, known internally as “Pilots,” actively monitors these markers and investigates potential issues. When a user exhibits at-risk behavior, a case is generated within the company’s CRM, ensuring timely review and intervention when needed.
The Markers of Harm criteria include various behavioral indicators such as prolonged game session time, use of specific payment methods, and instances of failed deposits, which may suggest financial distress. Additionally, the system flags customers who fall just below the formal risk threshold and initiates early interventions through tailored emails offering guidance and support.
