A smooth deposit process is certainly one of many things that players look forward to when looking for an online casino. However, withdrawals that don’t require jumping through countless hoops are even more appreciated. We sent our tester to Bizzo Casino to see whether withdrawals are as easy as they come or cause issues.
Let’s go over the testing steps before we give you the details of our investigation:
- Tester of the Day: Johnny
- Registration completed on January 14, 2026.
- Deposit of $200 via Skrill (CV) made on January 14, 2026. The tester received $200 in his account.
- Multiple withdrawal requests rejected.

- The tester received $100 in his Skrill account on January 26, 2026.
Bizzo Casino Overview
Bizzo is a crypto-friendly online casino operating under Curacao license. It offers an impressive number of games, including blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker, and, of course, slot games.
Speaking of slots, you will have a chance to play titles by many top-notch providers such as Spinomenal, Fantasma Games, Nolimit City, Iron Dog Studios, Quickspin, Yggdrasil, Peter and Sons, and many more!
Payment methods don’t disappoint either - whether you are a crypto enthusiast or prefer more traditional payment methods, you should be able to find one to your liking in no time.
Bizzo Casino Registration
The tester joined Bizzo Casino on January 14, 2026 by blasting through a three-page registration form.

To start things off, he had to enter his email and choose a password he will be using to log in to his account.
Other pages required nothing out of the ordinary either - country, currency, phone number, as well as personal information like first and last name, date of birth, gender, but also city, address and postal code.
Bizzo Casino Deposit
Having his account up and running, it was time for the tester to top up his account. He visited the casino’s cashier section to take a closer look at deposit methods available.

From all of the available options, which included cryptocurrencies, as well as cards like Visa and Mastercard, the tester decided to roll with Skrill.

Just a few simple steps and the tester successfully deposited $200 to his account via this method.

Bizzo Casino Gameplay & KYC
With his $200 deposit available in his account balance, it was time for our tester to check out the casino’s slot portfolio. Wild West Trueways was the first game that he took for a spin.

Having scored a few small wins, he decided to change it up by loading Majestic Wild Buffalo by Spinomenal.

Unfortunately, the result was the same, some wins here and there, but nothing worth mentioning.
Having no luck with his spins, the tester decided to check out the KYC process and provide the information needed to verify his account.

While waiting for the casino to process his information, he checked out Big Bass Bonanza 1000, hoping Lady Luck would be by his side, but that wasn’t the case.

With the bad luck streak continuing, he checked out the status of his documents only to find out that some of them were rejected.

The tester decided to check out Wild West Trueways and this time he managed to score a fabulous win of $8.90 by triggering a bonus feature.

Scoring the hefty win, the tester went back and uploaded additional images hoping to be done with his verification process.

Waiting for the casino to process the information he provided, he booted up Wild West Trueways where he managed to score yet another fabulous win of $8.30 with the Coin Respin feature.

It seemed like the fortune finally smiled on our tester, so he decided to check out other games the casino had to offer. Aztec’s Legend 2 was the title he opted for, and just a few spins in, he managed to score a Mega Win of $11.52.

Upon taking a look at the status of his uploaded documents, the tester was once again notified they were rejected. For this reason he contacted the support, hoping to resolve the issue.
He first inquired about wagering requirements. The support told him it was 3 times the deposit amount. The tester then explained his situation, and how the address on the bank statement doesn’t match his as he moved.

The support agent let the tester know that no documents are requested at the moment and that they only request documents from customers upon request of the financial department.

The tester also used this moment to inquire about his withdrawal options, and whether he could use Skrill to withdraw his winnings, given the fact he used it to deposit. The support agent replied that all available withdrawal methods available to the tester can be found in the Payments section and that he can only use the ones displayed.

Having found answers to his questions, the tester took a plethora of different slots for a spin, looking for those hefty scores. Loading up Elvis Frog Trueways seems to have done the trick, as the tester managed to trigger the Free Spins feature a few times. Here he managed to score a solid win of 110x his bet.

Shortly after, he managed to snatch another big win thanks to the Coin Respin feature, awarding him with a payout of $19.80.

The tester took another barrage of slots for a test drive, scoring a few wins here and there, with the most impressive one being a win of 203x his bet with the Free Spins feature in Wild West Trueways.

After checking a few other slots out, the tester managed to land a few more wins, including a superb win of $20.28 in Sugar Rush 1000. This was also the last game he played before ending his exploration journey.

Bizzo Casino Withdrawal
Having $103.91 remaining in his account balance, the tester decided it was time to check what the withdrawal process at Bizzo Casino is like. After taking a closer look at available withdrawal methods, the tester opted for Bitcoin, requesting a withdrawal of all of his available funds - $103.91.

Almost instantly he received an email stating that his withdrawal request was received and that the processing might take some time, depending on the method.

A few hours later, the tester received an email in which he was informed that his request was cancelled and that withdrawals to crypto wallets are only available if the deposit was made in crypto as well.

The tester decided to get in touch with the support team once again. He opened a chat and asked which withdrawal methods he can use as the previous time he was informed that any withdrawal method on the Payment page can be used.
The support agent let him know that crypto withdrawals are only available if the deposit was made in crypto and to use another withdrawal option.

Wanting to get his issues sorted, the tester asked the agent if he could use any of the other available methods and that he made a deposit via Skrill. The agent replied that if a payment option wasn’t used for a deposit it needs to be registered first and that the tester needed to make a minimal deposit before being able to use the said method for withdrawals.
However, given that the tester deposited his funds via Skrill, which wasn’t listed among withdrawal options, he asked if he could even make a withdrawal at all.

The agent replied that payment methods cannot be added manually and that if Skrill is unavailable it is due to regional restrictions.

After saying that he had no issues depositing via Skrill, the tester also sent screenshots of both deposit and withdrawal options available to him. To this, the support agent replied how that’s not right and that he will be forwarding his request to the relevant department.
The tester received an email in which he was advised to use an alternative payment method in case the one he inquired about is experiencing difficulties. He replied stating that he made a deposit via Skrill and asked which of the methods to use to withdraw his winnings.

The following day, the tester got another email, this time instructing him to use one of the other available e-wallets or request withdrawal via bank card or bank transfer.

That’s exactly what he did - submitted another withdrawal request for the amount of $103.91 via Mastercard.

Once again, his withdrawal request was cancelled. This time he got an email stating that he needs to upload photos of credit card or bank card used for deposits to the casino, despite the tester stating numerous times that he deposited funds via Skrill.
That’s also what he told the casino as well, offering to take the required photos of the card he is attempting to use for the withdrawal.

Despite stating that he made a deposit via Skrill, again, the tester received an email informing him that the reason his last withdrawal was cancelled was due to the incomplete verification of his account.
Not only that, but he was once again asked to provide photos of credit card/bank used for deposits to the casino, as well as a screenshot of the bank transaction with amount deposited, date and time, and the bank account number.

Hoping he found a solution, the tester decided to take a screenshot of his Skrill account with all of the required information visible and upload it as a proof of deposit instead. That seemed to do the trick as the status of his document was finally approved.

In the meantime another email was received from the casino’s support team. This time the tester was asked to provide a screenshot of his Skrill profile with full name, email address and account number visible.
It also mentioned that the payment method has to be used for a deposit before being available for a withdrawal once again.

The tester did what was asked of him and submitted yet another withdrawal request of $103.91 via Mastercard.
Unfortunately, the outcome was the same yet again. He received an email notifying him that his withdrawal request was cancelled.
He was once more requested to upload a proof of deposit - a screenshot of the bank transaction, as well as photos of both sides of his card used for withdrawal.

At the same time, he received another email asking him to upload photos of the front and back side of the card used for depositing for the withdrawal to proceed.

Hoping this would finally let him withdraw his winnings, the tester obliged and uploaded the required photos. Waiting for the images to get approved, he submitted a withdrawal request of $103.91 via Mastercard again.
Finally, after almost a week of back and forth with the casino’s support team and multiple withdrawal attempts, he received an email stating that his cash-out request was approved.

With the dreadful withdrawal process finally over, the tester opened Skrill and found out he received $100 in his account.

Conclusion
All in all, while the tester ran into no issues with the deposit process and the gameplay, he did have major problems when it came to withdrawing his winnings.
Despite getting in touch with the customer support team multiple times, it took almost a week before his issue was resolved, which isn’t too promising.

That's so incredibly annoying. I can't say anything about Bizzo, because despite making several deposits, I never really had any good winnings and couldn't cash out either. But I had exactly the same problems at other casinos, and it takes forever and costs a lot of nerves to get your payout. Now I wonder if it's not a method to offer a deposit option that is not available as a withdrawal option, to wear down the player with pre-made nonsensical demands and hope that they gamble away their money. I don't write “thank you” to 100 places, but here it comes from the bottom of my heart. Thank you, LCB - this test saves me a lot of hassle. I will definitely not be depositing any more money there. I am so tired of such tactics.
