On August 16, 2021, the tester created the account in Raging Bull Casino. To join the platform, she had to go through two simple steps. During the first stage, she was required to select a username and password, and enter an e-mail. After that, she was prompted to the next stage to enter a couple of basic information about herself.


Following the hassle-free registration process, the tester went on to fund the account. By visiting “Cashier” she discovered a solid range of payment options. Her choice was Bitcoin. On August 16, 2021, the tester deposited 0.00310800 BTC.

She sent a request via Coinbase and received a notification that the transaction is in pending status. An hour and a half later, she logged into the account again and saw the sum was credited to the balance.


Being an RTG-powered brand, it hosts a variety of online slots in the first place but has a wealthy selection of video poker and specialty games. After successful registration and depositing, she went on to play some games on the very same day- August 16, 2021.

Our tester’s first choice was Wild Hog Luau, followed by The Mariachi 5, and Panda Magic. The next ones in line were PayDirt!, Texan Tycoon, and Coyote Cash. A bit later, the tester ventured into Count Spectacular and Asgard Deluxe.

KYC Procedure

After successful gameplay, she checked her profile and saw a notification that her account needs to be verified.

To have the account approved (and be able to request a withdrawal, after all), the tester had to upload a couple of documents. She sent the front and back of her personal ID, utility bill, and a selfie with a document via e-mail.

A couple of days later, on August 23, 2021, the tester logged into her account and saw a new notification, asking her to supply additional docs. The status said “missing documents”.

Wanting to check what was missing, the tester got in touch with the live chat support team. After a lengthy moment of silence, the support specialist informed the tester that she needs to head to the Cashier → Withdrawal→ Documentation and then click on the "My Documents" page.

Furthermore, the agent stated that the tester had to verify her ID through HooYu, which is a KYC tool specifically designed to allow a very quick, seamless and user-friendly identity verification via several steps: geolocation, ID document checks, facial biometrics and background data checks. Worth adding is that at times, it took the chat agent a while to provide answers.


Having uploaded the requested documents, the tester received an e-mail the next day, August 24, 2021, which confirmed that her identity has successfully been validated. The same day, she made a withdrawal request, wanting to cash out the entire sum on her balance. As for withdrawing, she selected Bitcoin to receive funds.

A couple of days later, on August 27, 2021, the tester logged into her account to check the status of her request. It was still “in process”. To check if there are any issues, she turned to the live support department. According to the agent, all withdrawal requests take 7 days to be processed, which is precisely what the Terms say.

On September 1, 2021, the tester checked the “My Transactions” section in the “Cashier”, where she saw that her request was approved on August 24, 2021. That’s the very same day she made a request. When checking the e-mail, she saw confirmation from Coinbase as well, dating to August 31, 2021.

She received 0.00152527BTC, which is slightly lower than she requested, due to a processing fee of 2.22%. This marked the end of our tester’s journey through Raging Bull Casino.


As seen from the report, there were multiple issues with this brand, which confirms that the status of a blacklisted is well-deserved.

Though the terms indicate so, the processing time for withdrawal is too long. Yet again, the venue approved the money the very same day, but didn’t notify the tester. She discovered it a couple of days later when checking her e-mail.

Regarding the communication with the support department, the agent provided the necessary answers, but there seem to have been occasional misunderstandings. At moments, it took them longer to respond, and the tester was often transferred from one agent to another.
