Having provided all of the needed info, the tester was ready for action! However, before that, he was notified that he needed to confirm his email address, which is exactly what he did.

With his email verified and account registered, it was time for the tester to top up his fresh account. While there were more than a handful of payment methods available, our tester decided to deposit €200 with Skrill, a well-known and widespread eWallet.

As soon as he confirmed the transactions, his account balance updated, showing €200. Not only that, he was also offered a cash bonus, which he declined to opt for.

Deposit being out of the way, our tester decided it was time to verify his account. He needed to verify both personal information and Skrill, however, when he tried to upload his Skrill screenshot, nothing happened, which is why he contacted the customer service via live chat.

Chatting with the customer support, our tester found out he already had an account with the casino. Since he didn’t remember it, he decided to close the old account as only one account is allowed per player.

Despite having a rough start of his playthrough, our tester managed to turn the tides and walk away with €250 in the end.

Although he ran into some hiccups with the KYC process, the issue was quickly resolved with the help of a customer support agent.
