One More Curacao-Licensed Casino Under Microscope!
With so many new online casinos added to our rapidly-growing directory, making up your mind between brands becomes more and more challenging. First-hand information is always more than welcome and can be of huge help during the selection procedure, which is precisely what inspired us to come up with “From the Players, for the Players” project.
This time, our tester ventured into iWild Casino, to check how this well-equipped betting venue handless Skrill deposits and withdrawals. Added to our directory in November 2021, this operator quickly captured the attention of the iGaming community with its massive assortment of games.
How about we take a look at milestones of the iWild casino test?

iWild Casino Overview
Operated by Altacore N.V., iWild Casino is a non-US-friendly online casino that accepts multiple cryptocurrencies. Teamed up with a large number of renowned content suppliers among which Pariplay, Red Tiger, ReelPlay, Quickspin, Microgaming, Booongo, and many more, the operator offers a great selection of popular games, both all-time favorite hits and recently presented installments.
Aside from the wealthy assortment of games, the venue features a diversity of promotional offers for the first four deposits, as well as many weekly and weekend deals. Also, there’s a 5-tier loyalty program with a variety of benefits as well as a special Bonus Shop where punters can purchase some valuable goodies.
On December 22, 2021, the tester visited iWild Casino and created the account. The registration procedure consists of two steps. During the first stage, she had to type in username and password, while the second phase requires a couple of basic information.
Following the hassle-free registration was the deposit. Our tester opted for one of the most popular e-wallets, Skrill, and funded the account with EUR 200. She verified the transaction via pin she received in the mail and the account was funded in a matter of minutes.
As for the available methods offered by the operator, both traditional options and crypto assets are featured. To fund the account, punters can select Discover, Interac, JCB, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, VISA, Sofort, Qiwi, ecoPayz, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Tron, Tether, Zimpler, AstroPay, Klarna, MuchBetter, Jeton, Revolut, MiFinity, Sticpay, and Direct Bank Transfer.
The minimum amount to deposit is set at €20. Max deposit limit per transaction is €5,000.
Neatly organized, the portfolio accommodates an impressive number of casino games. Sheer Magic by Ainsworth was the one to open the season.
This adventure was followed by Robbin Robin, during which a minor technical error appeared. After that, the tester launched Fat Santa, Wanted Dead or A Wild, and then tried luck with the Rise of Olympus.
The next one was The Sword and the Grail, during which a message appeared informing the tester of a “delay in communication”. She relaunched it and continued to play with no similar pop-ups interrupting her playing session this time.
After that, she ventured into Nolimit City’s Deadwood, which was the last one she explored.
Having completed the gameplay, the tested made a withdrawal request on the same day, December 22, 2021. She opted for the same method and requested to cash out EUR 50. However, when she typed in the desired amount, the tester was notified that “The requested amount is bigger than allowed for withdrawal.”
She even tried to type in smaller sum, but the same info appeared again. For that reason, she got in touch with the support department to find out what was going on.
A day later, on December 23, 2021, the tester made a new request, and this time, the transaction was approved instantly. She received EUR 50 via Skrill, with no fee charged.
According to the cashier, the permitted amount to withdraw ranges between EUR 20- 400, with 0 commission imposed. The available withdrawal methods include Bank Transfer, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, VISA, Sofort, ecoPayz, Bitcoin, Zimpler, AstroPay, Litecoin, Ethereum, Klarna, Dogecoin, MuchBetter, Jeton, Tether, Tron, MiFinity, and Sticpay.
The Terms state as follows:

Communication with the Support Department and KYC Procedure
Following the first unsuccessful attempt to withdraw, the tester decided to contact the live chat support. The agent wasn’t of much help, so the tester decided to send an e-mail and inquire about the situation on December 22, 2021.
Even though she didn’t wager the deposit three times, which was the requirement, the Terms indicated that the cash-out requests can be processed with the commission of up to 10%.
As per the e-mail sent by the Financial Department a bit more than an hour later, the tester needed to send some documents to have the account verified.
Day later, on December 23, 2021, she submitted a personal ID front and back, a selfie with a personal ID, and Skrill wallet SS via e-mail.
However, one more e-mail arrived about an hour later, asking the tester to send the documents she had already supplied. She repeated the procedure, hoping that her request to cash out will be successful this time- and it was. The casino sent a confirmation e-mail.
Here’s what Terms state on the ID verification procedure:
“An account owner must complete the account verification before withdrawing funds. This could be done by sending a message in the chat at the iWildCasino website, or by sending an email directly to the financial department: kyc@iWildCasino.com.
The account verification can take up to 24 hours from the receipt of the necessary documents sent by e-mail to: kyc@iWildCasino.com 9.00-18.00 (GMT+3).”
In some situations, the operator may demand video verification vis Skype as well. Kindly note that the venue may, at its discretion, refuse to open an account to the customer, or block an existing one without notice.
“Casino shall not make a payment which results in an excess of two thousand €o (€ 2,000) gained within 24 hours or a payment which results in an excess of two thousand three hundred €o (€2,300) cumulated of all payouts requested by a Player from the moment of registration, being withdrawn out of a Player’s Account to a Player until the Player’s identity, age, and place of residence have been verified.”
Despite having to resubmit the documents, the tester didn’t have to wait too long to withdraw the winnings. The entire procedure was finalized quickly, within a couple of hours, with no major obstacles in either of the stages.
