Deposit

Having typed in the desired amount of money, he was redirected to Skrill to confirm and finalize the transaction. 

Following this, the tester had to confirm once again that it was actually him trying to authorize the payment. He selected the option to receive a 6-digit verification code via his phone. 

As soon as he entered the code, a notification arrived that his payment was successfully processed. The money was instantly visible on his account. 

To make a deposit, players can use a wide range of payment methods, including cards and multiple e-wallets. The minimum amount to deposit is EUR 20 or equivalent in other local currencies. 

Gameplay

Having funded the account, the tester went on with his investigation and headed straight to the operator’s well-equipped and neatly-organized lobby.

Shortly after, the tester returned to Volatile Vikings. This time, he had an epic win of EUR 64.89 on the same game as well.

He also won a total of EUR 35.85 during the free spins feature, including the mega win of EUR 26.65. 

Furthermore, he tried Hall of Gods and scored 653 coins, which was equivalent to EUR 13.06 win. The last game he played was Funk Master. 

KYC Procedure

As mentioned in the highlights, our tester has already submitted some documents to verify his identity. All of them were approved on April 13, 2019, but the process was incomplete as some documents were missing. Those were a Skrill screenshot and the front of his ID card. 

On May 26, 2022, he uploaded the missing docs and had them approved a bit later on the same day. 

ID verification is more or less a common procedure online casinos-wide. Frank Fred casino explains the importance of this step as follows:

Withdrawal 

Having checked the status of his documents, and confirming that they were approved, the tester headed to the cashier to request a cashout. He wanted to withdraw EUR 50 via Skrill. He pressed the button which displayed the predetermined amount. 

The transaction was processed on the same day, with no fees charged. The tester received mail from the payment processor. Also, the transaction was visible in the cashier. 

When it comes to available cashout options, the selection is more or less similar to deposit methods.
