BOKA Casino Overview

Registration

On July 24, 2022, the tester started his investigation of the BOKA casino. He pressed “Jatka Peliä” (continue the game) which offered him the option to “Jatka Peliä Pankkitunnuksilla” (continue playing with bank IDs).

Having selected the bank, the tester entered the username to receive a code and log into the casino with his OP-mobile. Having done so, he was navigated to some sort of registration form. As he accessed with his bank info, most of the data were already prefilled so all he had to do was add his email, address, and phone number details manually. Thanks to this, the tester didn’t have to submit any documents for KYC.

He also received a welcome mail from the casino which contained a verification link. The tester accessed the casino via this link and officially became a registered member of the community.

Regarding the ID verification, the tester didn’t have to provide any documents, but consumers should know that the operator has the right to demand documents to verify a client’s identity. What’s even more:

“9.5 All the documents you provide to us must be valid and with all details clearly visible. We may request you to provide us with a picture or a recording of you holding the document, perform live interviews, or request the documents to be provided as certified copies. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any document where we have reasonable doubts as to its validity or discover any evidence of tampering.”

As for the inactive accounts, the Terms explain as follows:

Deposit 

On the same day, the tester decided to fund his account via Trustly by depositing EUR 185 .

He selected the bank, entered his username, and authorized the transaction. The money was credited to his account instantly. Just to make sure, he checked out the cashier as well.

As for the available currencies, the list includes European Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Norwegian Krona (NOK), Hungarian Forint (HUF), Polish Zloty (PLN), New Zealand dollar (NZD), Indian rupee (INR). The minimum amount to deposit is EUR 10 or equivalent in other supported currencies. Players can fund the account using cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, or mobile payments.

Gameplay

Having replenished the account, the tester ventured into the lobby to explore multiple games from the operator’s wealthy offering.

The first in line was Bonanza by BTG, followed by Gonzo’s Quest, and Cricket Star. He also played Kluster Krystals Megaclusters where he triggered multiple wins. The first one was EUR 24.56 win, after which he scored EUR 27 and shortly after EUR 41.55.

Later on, he checked out Templar Tumble, where he had a couple of wins, of which the one amounting to EUR 28.90 was the most noteworthy one.

After this, the tester played Viking Clash, Royal Mint, Coral Island, The Grand Galore, and Ramses Revenge. The last games he played on July 24, 2022, were Ecuador Gold and Danger! High Voltage.

A day later, the tester started his playing session with Volatile Vikings, after which he explored Dinopolis and Chi.

Following this were Tahiti Gold, and White Rabbit Megaways, after which he decided to request a cashout.

Withdrawal 

On July 25, 2022, the tester requested to withdraw EUR 50 via Trustly. The transaction was processed instantly, with no fees charged.

An e-mail from the casino arrived as well, confirming that the request was finalized.

When it comes to processing timeframe, the maximum processing time for a withdrawal request is 24 working hours after account verification, from 12:00 to 21:00 MSK (UTC +3), excluding weekends (Saturday, Sunday).

The minimum amount to withdraw is EUR 10 or equivalent in a player’s currency of choice using cards, e-wallets, or bank transfers. Players can request to cash out a maximum of EUR 5,000 per day, EUR 15,000 per week, or EUR 30,000 per month.

Before requesting a withdrawal, a player must wager the deposit at least once. All withdrawals are returned to the same method as the one used to fund the account.

Although our tester received money instantly, which is precisely what the cashier indicates, the Terms state as follows:

“6.5 We will process your withdrawal requests within five (5) business days of the request being made. We are not responsible for any delays outside our control, in particular after your funds have been debited from our accounts, including delays by the payment systems or your bank.”

Conclusion

All in all, this was quite a smooth journey for our tester. Having carefully analyzed all the segments, in particular the efficiency in processing deposits and withdrawals, he didn’t find any weak spots at BOKA casino.
