During the first step, he entered some personal details and agreed with the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The third step required him to verify his phone number by entering the code he received on the phone.

Upon uploading the image of his passport in the mail, the tester noticed that his passport expired on that very day, May 27, 2025. As he clarified, renewal could take a while, not due to his personal reasons but Canada Post strike, due to which the delivery of the new document would be delayed.

A response arrived shortly after, informing the tester that further checking is needed, and asking him to wait for an update in the next 24-48 hours.

A day later, the tester contacted the support department via ticket to inform them of the obstacles he encountered while trying to verify his identity. He attempted to do so via his profile, but no such option existed.

Later that day he received instructions on what’s needed to verify the identity. As the agent noted, KYC should be done via mail.

Responding to the same mail, the tester submitted the front and the back page of his health insurance card.

On May 29, 2025, an e-mail from the casino arrived, informing the tester that documents were rejected, asking him not to re-upload them, but submit them via the “Verification” section instead.

As the option mentioned in the response was nowhere to be found, he accessed the “Help Center” and wrote a thorough explanation of the issue through “Send Request”.
