Registration

On June 2, 2022, our tester from Finland accessed the Vegasoo Casino’s official website wanting to become a member. Before he proceeded, he switched the language from Finnish to English, which resulted in a minor issue, which was, luckily, resolved quickly.

To be precise, when he started filling in the registration form, he couldn’t find Finland among the available countries, so he turned to live chat to see what was going on. He suggested opting for Åland Islands as this autonomous region of Finland was listed among the countries in the directory, but the support agent advised him to switch the language back to Finnish. She also asked him to provide screenshots that would clearly state that Finland was missing from the list.

He switched the language back to Finnish, but this time, he was presented with the option to deposit immediately, without having to sign up. As a small reminder, casinos powered by Trustly which operate in Finland give players the opportunity to deposit without having to register.

The tester informed the agent that he was presented with this option only. So, he asked if he should register via Trustly, assuming the country is then automatically assigned, to which she agreed. Shortly after, an e-mail arrived, confirming that his request had been processed. The money was credited to him on the very same day, with no fees charged, marking the end of the investigation.

“9.7. Withdrawal transactions shall incur a fee of 2% at the point of processing, with a minimum fee of $2.00 or equivalent in the player's own currency. We may charge less in certain scenarios and the amount to be charged shall be displayed prior to the player making the request. By requesting the withdrawal transaction the player accepts the displayed fees.”

Except for the minor confusion which resulted from changing the language (which was, by the way, efficiently resolved with the help of customer support), no other issues emerged.
