Back The Venetian Resort Las Vegas Marks 25th Anniversary with Complete Renovation

A quarter of a century ago, The Venetian Resort Las Vegas pushed the limits of elegance and convenience by introducing a completely innovative convention hotel concept. In May 2024, the fabulous resort celebrates two decades and a half on the entertainment scene with a massive reinvestment project amounting to $1.5 billion.

Embracing unconventional and unexpected, this fabulous resort is designed to meet the demands of both convention and business travelers. Featuring two massive casinos, well-arranged accommodation units, restaurants with celebrated chefs, an attractive Loyalty Scheme, and many other benefits, this exquisite complex has what it takes to secure unforgettable experiences for guests of yesterday and tomorrow.

Comprehensive Overhaul of Suites

Ushering in a new era of entertainment not only in Las Vegas but on a global level, the legendary Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino, which mimics the authentic atmosphere of Venice will undergo a complete renovation. The colossal reinvestment amounting to $1.5 billion brings numerous changes, including the redesign of the property’s logo, its signature suites, and much more.

Inspired by the ornate costumes of the Venetian Carnival, HaSalon, Voltaire Belle de Nuit, and Sphere at The Venetian were launched recently, bringing a fantastic fusion of contemporary and classic. Situated in Venetian towers, the 4,000 suites represent one of the resort’s greatest assets and the largest standard room on The Strip.

The “visionary reinvestment”, as the officials refer to it, represents much more than just surface-level renovation. Offering a balance between the beloved familiar and the never-seen-before, the redesign confirms that a large team gathered in the corporation has a deep understanding of its guests.

Significant Upgrades on Casino Floors

Aside from refurbishing its suites, the corporation made notable changes to its casino floors. Thanks to its strategic agreement with Yahoo, the enhanced gaming offering brings The Palazzo High Limit Lounge. On top of that, the summer will bring a brand-new poker room.

In addition to the enlarged selection of gambling opportunities, guests can take advantage of the company’s new Venetian Rewards scheme. Presented earlier this year, the program is designed to include both gaming and non-gaming expenditures.

With this convenient feature, players have a significantly better insight into the benefits that come along. Plus, they are given more earning transparency for slot games.

Convention Center and Food Court

The thorough redevelopment also includes the renovation of the resort’s Convention center, which was fully inspired by the facility’s long-standing group guests. On top of a more elegant color palette, the redesigned convention space is enriched with new technology, more luxurious lounge spaces for meetings, and more.

Being on the forefront of the food rescue for a decade, The Venetian Resort launched a unique program called Food Rescue Alliance. Praised on behalf of the White House, this campaign sees surplus fresh food from catered events repackaged and distributed to individuals in the Las Vegas Valley suffering from food insecurity.

Commenting on the fruitful collaboration, Daniel Cohen, partner at Apollo Global Management.

"We wholeheartedly trusted in the vision and leadership of The Venetian Resort team and our shared mission to elevate the overall guest experience, but to see the resources we provided come to life in through extraordinary innovation is exciting for us all."
