As soon as he submitted the request, he checked the cashier, where it was indicated that the transaction was in pending status. 

When accessing his casino account two days later, on October 9, the tester noticed that his transaction was declined. To find out the reason, the tester got in touch with the support department via chat. The agent responded nine minutes after the tester posted his question. 

Based on what the support agent said, the tester was supposed to return the payment to the same method he used to deposit, which was Skrill. That’s precisely what the tester already did, explaining that the system automatically selects the same address. Also, that’s what the Terms say as well. 

“9.12.2. Funds can only be withdrawn through the same method that was used to deposit them into your account on the Website.” 

As the first attempt was declined, he submitted another request. 

However, it turned out that the tester has two e-mail addresses connected with his Skrill account, so he needed to use the same one he did when depositing. He tried canceling the request, but without success. 

The second attempt was declined as well, so he made another one, this time typing in the address the live chat agent suggested to him. It seems that the third time was the charm as his new attempt to make a withdrawal request was a successful one. 

The money arrived on his balance on the very same day, October 9, marking the end of our tester’s journey. Apparently, some small bug appeared, but the situation was quickly and successfully fixed with the help of support agent.  

According to the cashier, the minimum to withdraw is EUR 15. The available methods are similar to those players can use to fund the account. Cashout limits depend on a customer’s loyalty status, ranging from EUR 10,000 to EUR 100,000. Payouts in cryptocurrencies are limited to US$1,000,000 per month.

“9.8. The Company reserve the right to at any time change any active balance on your account to pay off the amount you owe the Company as a debt, including canceled bets or wagers in accordance with clauses 5.5 (“Duplicate Accounts”), 15 (“Fraud, Abuse, Collusion, and Criminal Activity”), or 21 (“Errors and Omissions”).” 

Also: 

“9.14. The Company may charge a fee in the amount of the expenses incurred by the Company in relation to your withdrawal of money that was not used for games.” 

“9.12.5. The Company may withhold 10% (not less than US$0.50) of the amount withdrawn if the money transferred to the player’s account (total bets) is less than three times the total sum of deposits. The Company withholds 20% of the amount requested for withdrawal if the funds were deposited with a credit card.” 

When it comes to identity verification, our tester wasn’t obliged to verify his identity, but the operator reserves the right to ask for ID verification documents in certain situations. As far as the tester pointed out, KYC procedure is done if the operator suspects fraud has been committed. 

“9.12.4. If the requested amount exceeds one thousand US dollars (or in cases requiring verification), you must complete the identification procedure by sending us a copy or digital photograph of an identity document (a page with a photo), such as a passport, ID card, or a utility bill for verifying your address (except for your mobile phone bill).
