Conclusion

Despite the fact that the Terms indicate that the Finance Department works from Monday to Friday and has limited working hours, our tester had her request processed on Sunday. However, the processing of her withdrawal took longer than the timeframe noted in the Terms. Other than these delays, no other issues were spotted during the investigation.
