Due to a recent issue involving unpaid winnings, unsubstantiated account termination and unresponsive customer support, we have decided to place Majestic Slots Casino on our warning list where it will remain until further notice.
This operator has been a subject of very poor reviews both here at LCB and elsewhere for a while, and after they have refused to pay winnings to our member Eagle7 while also offering no reasonable explanation why, we felt there were enough grounds to put a warning sign next to their name.
Here is what led to this decision:
On September 3rd, 2016, Eagle7 lodged a complaint against Majestic Slots Casino stating they refused to pay his/hers winnings for no valid reason. The player was adamant there was no breach of their Terms and Conditions - a fact which we are now able to confirm after investigating the issue. The complainant claimed the first part of their welcome offer, managed to complete all wagering requirements and ended up with nearly €10,000 worth of winnings. Prior to claiming this bonus, Eagle7 corresponded with the casino support inquiring about restricted countries or slots, bet sizes and related terms in an effort to avoid any potential problems.
Once the complainant was done with the rollover, he/she completed all Majestic Slots' verification procedures, ID scans and phone chat in a proper manner and due time, and subsequently requested a withdrawal.
This is the response he/she got from Majestic Slots:
"You have been identified playing with a system that was meant to leverage the bonuses given by the Casino, ensuring the winnings on the long run from the Casino. This system is against our terms and conditions and purely taking advantage of the bonus generosity of the Casino. Casino bonuses were meant to enhance the enjoyment of our players and indeed increase their chances of winning, which is why, in cases where players winning in normal play style, Majestic Slots Casino is one of the fasted paying Casinos when it comes to withdrawals of winnings.
This system and gaming pattern was built to abuse the Casino bonus system and we will do our best to ensure our Casino is not being attacked by this level of abuse.
We decided to block your account and refund the deposits made on the Casino. Majestic Slots Casino registered in Curacao and oblige to the license agreement of the Curacao government.
Please refrain from opening any other accounts with Casino Majestic Slots, or any deposits made or winnings will not be refunded."
No further explanation was offered and the casino failed to provide any proof of Eagle7's bonus abuse nor what exactly this system is. It is important to note here that Majestic Slots does not have any bonus betting restrictions stated at their T&C page, and no clear rules for the welcome bonus. What they do have is this:
"In the event that MAJESTIC believes a user is abusing or attempting to abuse a bonus or other promotion using different systems or strategies, or is identified as playing in a way designed solely to exploit bonus awards, or is taking advantage of any Software or system bug or failure, or is likely to benefit through any form of abuse, then MAJESTIC may, at its sole discretion, block, suspend, close the account of or withdraw any user from any bonus or promotion and revoke any associated Loyalty Points in such manner we deem fit and/or withhold the pay out of the proceeds of such abuse to the player in question."
This is a convenient predatory statement that essentially means nothing and puts the casino in the clear to refuse any payment as they see fit. Of course there is no such thing as a system capable of beating the house - Eagle7 got lucky and won a substantial amount of money, that's all there seems to have happened here. It's the luck of the draw on a game of chance, certainly it is not unheard of to have someone win from time to time. On a bonus intended to ''increase the chance of winning'' no less!

We have on our part tried our best to help resolve this issue, but to no avail as the Majestic Slots management remained aloof to our inquiries. We contacted the casino a total of 13 times between September 5th and October 14th. At first they did not respond, but we pushed only to receive partial answers that they are ''on it'' and nothing else. Their attitude and manner left us with the impression of an unprofessional and careless conduct, clearly not interested to discuss the issue and certainly without any intent to pay Eagle7 a fairly earned win.
With that said, we do not recommend Majestic Slots and urge our members to deposit elsewhere.
