The Licensing Story Doesn’t Add Up

Right away, we noticed the casino claims to be licensed by both the Curaçao Gaming Authority and the UK Gambling Commission. That would normally be a strong sign - if it were true.

It isn’t.

We verified both claims and found that roycasino.xyz does not hold a valid license from either regulator.

Then things get even messier. The site lists two different companies as operators depending on where you look.

In the footer, it says:

" roycasino.xyz is owned and operated by TechSolutions Group N.V., registration number: 144920, registered address: Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 50, Willemstad, Curaçao. Payment agent company is TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited with address Parthenonos 5, PARNERA GARDENS 11, Flat 103, Strovolos, 2020 Nicosia, Cyprus, and Registration number: HE 377018."

On the Licenses and Security page, it sticks with TechSolutions Group N.V. and shows license number OGL/2024/590/0758.

But in the Terms and Conditions, a completely different company appears:

“Long Island N.V. has an application (OGL/2024/1451/0918) for a gaming license in progress with the Curaçao Gaming Authority. Until that process is concluded, based on a transitional arrangement outlined in the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (Landsverordening op de Kansspelen, P.B. 2024, no. 157), the company is permitted to continue its operations under this Certificate of Operation.”

We checked this carefully. That license number actually belongs to Medium Rare N.V., not Long Island N.V., and it expired on December 9, 2025.

On top of that, Long Island N.V. itself is no longer active - its registration was discontinued on October 2, 2024.

So what’s going on here?

They’re mixing real company names and real license numbers in a way that looks convincing at first glance, but doesn’t hold up when checked.

Ownership Claims That Don’t Match Reality

We also looked into the companies mentioned on the site.

TechSolutions Group N.V. is a real iGaming company behind brands like 22Bet, 20BET, National Casino, and Bizzo Casino.

But roycasino.xyz is not part of that group. There’s no connection, no partnership, nothing.

The same goes for Long Island N.V. Even before its registration was discontinued, there’s no evidence linking it to this casino.

When a casino can’t clearly show who runs it, that’s already a problem. When it points to unrelated companies, it becomes a serious warning sign.

Fake Games Across Multiple Providers

This was one of the biggest issues we found.

The casino is using fake or unauthorized versions of games from several well-known providers, including Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming, Evoplay, 1Win, and Mirror Image Gaming.

We confirmed this through technical checks that showed:

• Manipulated JavaScript files

• No connection to official provider servers

• Game sources that don’t match the real ones

For players, this means one thing - you can’t trust the games. There’s no guarantee they’re fair, and no assurance you’ll ever see real payouts.

The “Verification” That Requires a Deposit

Now to one of the clearest scam signals.

The site walks players through a four-step verification process. It looks normal at first - enter your details, wait for confirmation - but then comes the catch.

The platform states:

“We check your details for verification. It will take no more than 5 minutes. You can follow the verification status on this page.”

Then it finishes with:

“A simplified online verification procedure that requires you to make a deposit of $100 or more. Once the deposit is credited to your balance, verification will be completed.”

We want to be very clear here. This is not how verification works at legitimate casinos.

Real operators verify identity using documents like ID and proof of address. They do not require deposits just to “complete” verification.

This setup is a known tactic used to get players to deposit money they won’t be able to withdraw.

Affiliate Program and Fake Activity

We also looked into the so-called Roycasino Affiliate Program. It promises earnings per player and ongoing commissions.

But we couldn’t find any proof that it actually exists. No official platform, no licensing details, no reliable third-party references.

At the same time, the casino displays large bets and frequent big wins on its interface. These look impressive, but they don’t match realistic player behavior.

This kind of display is often used to create the impression that winning is easy, encouraging players to deposit.

A Pattern We’ve Seen Before

Looking at everything together, this follows a pattern we’ve seen many times:

• Players sign up and may receive a no-deposit offer

• They appear to win large amounts

• When they try to withdraw, the casino blocks it

• They are asked to make a “verification deposit”

• The money is never released

• The site eventually disappears and reappears under a new name

After checking every part of the platform, our conclusion is straightforward.

roycasino.xyz operates without a valid license, uses fake games and bonuses and presents misleading information about regulation and ownership. The risk of losing money here is high, and we strongly recommend avoiding this casino.
