Winspark Investigation Reveals Safety Issues

LCB.org has completed an investigation into Winspark Casino after reviewing its licensing information, company details, and game sources. Our findings show that the casino currently operates without a valid gambling license and includes unauthorized versions of games linked to major providers.

The investigation, carried out on July 27, 2026, classified Winspark Casino as unsafe with a high-risk rating. We found that the platform continues to reference previous licensing details connected to Twino Trading N.V., even though that authorization is no longer active.

Players should be aware that using a casino without valid regulatory approval can create serious concerns, especially when questions also appear around the authenticity of the games offered on the site.

License Review Shows Former Authorization Is No Longer Active

During our review, we checked the licensing claims presented by Winspark Casino and compared them with official regulatory records. The casino states that Jurimae Ltd., a company registered in Cyprus, manages the brand on behalf of Twino Trading N.V., a Curaçao-based company.

According to the information reviewed by LCB, Twino Trading N.V. previously held authorization to provide online e-gaming services. 

However, the Curaçao Gaming Authority records show that the company’s license was revoked on December 3, 2025, after the operator requested the cancellation.

This means Twino Trading N.V. no longer has authorization under that license to offer regulated online gambling services.

Despite the revoked status, Winspark Casino continues to mention Twino Trading N.V. and its former authorization on the website. This may give visitors the impression that the casino still operates under valid regulatory approval.

Our review also found a connection between Winspark’s infrastructure and another casino platform. RollCrest Casino reportedly loads its games through Winspark’s systems instead of connecting directly to official servers operated by the original game providers.

Game Checks Identify Unauthorized Provider Versions

As part of our technical review, we examined the casino’s game sources to determine whether the titles matched official provider versions.

The investigation identified suspected fake or unauthorized copies of games associated with Pragmatic Play and PG Soft.

Our technical findings included manipulated JavaScript files, differences between the displayed game sources and official provider sources, and the absence of direct connections to official provider servers.

These checks raised concerns about whether the games available through Winspark Casino come from legitimate provider channels.

The presence of unauthorized game versions can affect player trust because users may believe they are accessing official titles when the underlying software source does not match the original provider systems.

LCB Risk Assessment and Final Findings

Based on our investigation, LCB has classified Winspark Casino as unsafe and assigned the platform a high-risk status.

Our review found that the casino does not currently hold a valid gambling license, continues to display references connected to a revoked authorization, and provides games that appear to come from unauthorized sources.

The combination of licensing concerns and game authenticity issues creates significant risks for players who deposit funds on the platform.

LCB’s recommendation is to avoid Winspark Casino until the licensing situation is properly resolved and the authenticity of its game content can be independently verified.

Players should always check a casino’s current regulatory status and verify that game providers connect through official channels before making deposits.
