Yggdrasil Grows Serbian Reach and Studio Network

Yggdrasil has strengthened its position in Serbia by launching its slot portfolio with Merkur, giving local players access to its titles through the MerkurXtip brand. The rollout follows a partnership facilitated via Bragg Gaming and extends the supplier’s reach within the country’s regulated online market.

Under the agreement, Merkur’s customers can now play a selection of Yggdrasil’s core releases along with games developed by studios participating in the YGG Masters program. The addition broadens Merkur’s online casino catalogue in the Balkan jurisdiction and introduces several well-known titles to its audience.

Serbian Launch Through MerkurXtip

The Serbian integration includes recent releases such as MexoMax 2 and Bob Marlin Goes Splashing, alongside entries from the Vikings series. Content created by YGG Masters studios also forms part of the package, including established titles like 1000X Gold.

In parallel with its Serbian expansion, Yggdrasil has strengthened its YGG Masters program by signing Suits & Royals, a boutique developer focused on classic slot design inspired by traditional casino gameplay.

Suits & Royals builds games around established mechanics, measured pacing, and familiar symbols that reflect land-based slot heritage. The studio targets players who prefer traditional formats and a focus on authenticity. With its addition, the YGG Masters network now includes more than 20 partner studios serving a wide range of player preferences.

The new partner will develop its games using Yggdrasil’s Game in a Box™ platform. As an early adopter of the system, Suits & Royals gains access to streamlined production tools and Yggdrasil’s distribution network. The studio’s first release under the partnership is scheduled for January 2026.
