Has anyone had an issue with receiving the amount you sent to the amount you deposit? I wrote a complaint in the right thread but just wanted to see if anyone else noticed? Fluctuating markets or not I deposited example 28.00 and receive 27.00 it must have fluctuated a few cents so they have been rounding off every single deposit? I always send max on litecoin if I have extra change etc.. but I never get any anymore.Exact dollars no extra change and where does that go? I think the best thing to do in which they told me to because it's not going to be fixed or they don't want to deal with it is use a CC or other payment methods. I will say I have always gotten extra change almost exact amounts I sent here no problem. I deposit litecoin at all other casino's and I am NOT having this problem besides the few cents expected.

From my experience, the missing amount is most likely the network fee from the wallet you used to send the transaction, not the casino itself.

Different wallets calculate fees differently, so sometimes it can look like a bigger difference than just a few cents 

I would like to follow up regarding the issue you experienced with your crypto deposits.

After further review, we identified a technical error on our end between March 3 and March 18, which caused certain deposits to be credited as rounded amounts.

We can confirm that this was not related to any additional crypto fees.

Please rest assured that the issue has now been resolved, and a total of $5.26 has been credited back to your account to account for the affected deposits during this period.
