I just received a payout into my QT account and noticed that there is NO option available to withdraw the funds!! Has anyone tried to withdraw recently from QT? Their live support is offline so I sent an email to them asking 'what's up'...have never seen this before and hope there is no problem with them now. Have made LOTS of deposits of late using QT but this is my first withdrawal in about a month. A little nervous because I have another $2500 payout in process with a Rival casino....

hmmm.
Under "payment options" they have this:
Bank Account 1-4 business days
The Bank Account payment option is used for Withdrawals
but there isn't a "withdrawal options" link....
the faq says: Choose "Withdraw" Section from the left-hand menu.
So you aren't seeing a 'withdraw' option either, on the left hand of the screen? VERY strange...they are accepting deposits no problem but something fishy going on with taking it out! Support is VERY slow at emailing back, live support will probably be offline until late this afternoon...bummer -

I don't have any funds in there, but am curious, can we still transfer the funds to deposit at another casino?
If so, I'd get my money out of there quick and put it somewhere where I can cash it out into cash or check from a casino. Real Quick, before they Tender our money un-cashable completely. -

Hmm...interesting suggestion, think I'll look in to that. But, my options in the US are limited as far as receiving funds, especially in a timely manner. Any checks issued are held at my bank for up to 10 days because they are international. Thanks chilly -

OK folks, just got this email from QT support and I am SCARED!! I am getting my out of there now by transferring to another casino (as much as I HATE doing this) and will then try to do a wire transfer or a check withdraw. Heads up folks...they are telling me to check back in 5 days????
Thank you for contacting the QuickTender Help Desk.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process your withdrawal for technical reasons. Please check back in 5 days for a status update. Your ability to transfer to merchants is unaffected.
Please feel free to contact us should you require any further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Dima

I recently had a withdrawal of $3700 to my bank without a problem and I am having $700 pending withdrawal now. The withdrawal button is always available in my account. I understand how you feel, you should do whatever necessary to protect your money, but if they fix that for you and I think you will be able to make a withdrawal without a problem. Sorry, I just saw this message now.

Thanks Taaa..I guess I am just nervous at the fact that they advise me to check back in FIVE DAYS for a simple 'technical problem'. Perhaps I am reading too much in to it but waiting 5 days to withdraw $3500 makes me a little uneasy! I went ahead and transferred the money I had in there to casino that I can do wire transfers with and will just use that method for the time being. Just don't like doing it that way because they charge a wire fee and my bank charges one...pretty spendy method to receive payouts. Let's just hope this is a very temporary issue with QT! -

just wondering what casino you plan for your wire transfer.
long ago, I tried to do that to avoid paying QT withdrawal fee, I transfered the money to casino titan (no wire transfer fee), I thought everything went smoothly, but no, my money ended up moving around and came back to QT. It took 6 business days for casino titan to send me a message, telling me that I need to withdraw the money to the method that I deposited with, lol, I had to withdraw it back to my QT and it took 3 more working days for that money to go back to my QT and eventually I withdrew it from QT and pay the withdrawal fee anyway. I've learned a big lesson on that, lol. I think it is the policy between casinos and their processors or wallets that withdrawal will be deposited back to the method players use to deposit with, unless you deposit by CC, then you can withdraw via QTor wire transfer as you like.

Just in case any of you might not be aware of...
You can withdraw via check at Club USA
It is available for all players and it will be delivered by FEDEX.
You can request 1 cheque per week min $350 -$2500, there will be a small charge for cheques less than $750 for $25, and cheques above this we will cover the charge which will be deducted from the withdrawal. -

Jackpot Capital is my most trusted RTG for now so that is who I am trying the wire transfer with. If it fails for some reason, I'll be left with no choice except to get a check, which I don't like doing because my bank hold them 7-10 days. -

Thanks wnanhee. I've done checks before but my banks hold them for 7-10 days because they are issued from out of the country. Just hate waiting that long to have access to the funds but I may need to start doing that if QT is no longer going to be an option for me. -

I wish you luck, but if I was you I will need to contact jackpot capital to let you know ahead of time whether your method should be approved or not, it saves you time or if you wait till their accounting department people put their hand on it, whether it is approved or not, it might cost you at least 3-5 working days.Rated:4/ 5

I just got this letter regarding a recently failed cashout attempt.
Dear "Pacer",
Please be advised that there was an issue with your recent withdrawal request, which has not been processed by the US bank. We are investigating the issue, and in the meantime have returned the funds back to your QuickTender Account.
This situation is beyond our control as it relates to the onward transmission of funds transmitted by our European banking partner.
Please be advised that we will do everything we can to resolve this situation.

Thanks,labeled for the info.
How frustrating...but I am glad to see QT does not have an account in the USA... so it can't be seized.
I understand that we can still deposit with QT, but just trying to be cautious and 100% sure if it is safe, do not withdraw to QT or withdraw from QT to your bank account until we hear/find more information(s).
I would suggest our members to request Wires or Checks when withdrawing from a Casino if these options are available for the time being. -

I now see the option to WD from my QT account, it was there this morning but since I already initiated a wire transfer for the first of my 2 payouts, I won't be using QT just yet. However, I have one more payout for $2500 on the way to QT and I am not sure how I will handle the WD. I hate transfering it to another casino to initiate a wire transfer because its another 4-7 day delay to get funds....but from the sounds of things here, that may be quicker than trying to WD via QT! Taaa, you'll have to let us know when funds hit your account since you have a WD in process now. Hope its there in the next day or two!!

I just noticed that some reputable casinos like clubworld don't have usemywallet for deposit/withdrawal anymore which made me so nervous. Luckily, Jackpot Capital group still has this option, so I transfered my last $140 to Grande Vegas. My withdrawal of $700 still has not reached my bank yet nor returned back to quicktender, so I dont know what to do.

I was wondering the very same thing.

Taaa, I am not sure if your withdrawal is included in the case of money left their(qt) bank but the bank that they send all the US wires to is the one that's been frozen.(according to their letter!)
I seriously don't understand how anyone can keep our money because of the clear fact that it's not theirs!!!
What helps me to feel better,,,knowing that players from all five poker sites have started to getting their money back even after funds were seized.,,,so I guess it's only a matter of time.
Hope you will get your money without any hassle.

"No more funds to be sent to US players
As of recent, there have been reports that US affiliates and players are not receiving payments in a timely manner, and in confirmation of these reports, the reputable European e-payment company Quick Tender-UseMyWallet announced that it has stopped sending funds to US players.
The company made a public statement, in which it stated that it has reliable and efficiently served the industry for several years, but that it cannot always predict the "vagaries of the US administration."
"Over the past 2 weeks we have in good faith transmitted withdrawals initiated by Quicktender account holders to beneficiary bank accounts in the US," the statement reads.
"The money left our account in Europe. It was only in response to increasing complaints from our customers that we recognised there was a problem, and asked our bank to investigate.
"It emerges that the money has been accumulated in our bank's correspondent banking partners accounts in the US, and has been frozen. We suspect it is possible that these funds may be subject to a seizure order by the US authorities.
"We would stress that we do not have bank accounts in the US of our own, and that the funds have left our account in Europe."
"For this reason we have decided to suspend future withdrawals until we understand what has happened to the money that has been frozen. If we continue to transmit bank wires into the US we could find that these funds also do not reach their ultimate beneficiaries. This would simply make the problem worse," it was concluded in the statement, which asks users to be patient until a clarification is obtained.
For the time being, since the cessation of the US actions could represent a significant blow to the company’s viability, it started assessing its current exposure and how best to reintroduce withdrawals in a safe and reliable manner."

Man, this is really stressing me out! I am stil waiting on a $2500 payout to hit QT from Rival Superior...should have been there yesterday...not there today....their live chat was closed off & on yesterday and also this morning so I had to leave a message to check the status of the payout. I'm going to stick to the casinos that I can get checks or wire transfers from for the time being...no more usemywallet payouts, which includes pretty much all the Rivals as their only method for USA players. This just sucks. Trying to remain patient while it all gets sorted out but $2500 is a big chunk of change to be held in limbo!

I know LhasaLover, it's good to know that they are trying to resolve the issue. Unlike Echeck.us, they were just gone overnight and took all my money.
Ok, well, that's good news. At least it's not frozen in cyberspace hell.
Surely you will get that at some point - they have to pay out what is rightfully yours and they cannot use your funds to pay any fines made on them by the USA Govt. It's a bit like the big 4 poker sites - the DoJ are allowing them to pay their players.

They won't pay it again - the banks will have to release it to the customers or return it to QT, but those that have not been able to withdraw and cannot see the withdraw button, they will have to pay them at some point or some way that enables the player to get it into their bank account. (Sorry - I didn't make that clear).

hymacaw,
have you successfully made a withdraw at Jackpot Capital?
my withdrawal was denied, they said my deposit must be turned over once, meaning, if I deposit $100, I need to wager $100 before withdrawal will be allowed or I have to pay 15% of my deposit, then they will honor it. I think I'll try to do the turn over thing since my deposit was only $680.Rated:4/ 5

What??? That's crazy! I have a wire withdrawal in process right now, that I initiated yesterday after finally receiving funds into my QT account over the weekend from my Superior cashout. I did successfully receive a check today from Intertops for $600 after I deposited $1000 from my QT account last week so I just assumed JC would be no problem either, to try the wire. I'll keep you posted on that process. I can't afford to gamble/lose anymore right now so I am sure hoping they'll let this $2500 go without further hassle! -

Ya know...I have been pretty darned lax at reading T&C on the casino websites and I just did for Jackpot Capital, where I've been playing for a few years now. Had no idea I needed to turn over a deposit once or they may impose a 1.5% processing fee. Either way, I'm still screwed because I can't get funds out of QT right now so I have to deposit any winnings into a casino where I can wd via wire or check, or try my luck at turning the depoist at least once. had I known that, I would have deposited a smaller amount, perhaps break it up within a few casinos that I trust...and not risk losing as much that way. This particular payout came from a Rival during the middle of this fiasco with QT so I had no idea at the time I'd have any problems getting the winnings ;( Oh well...I may be losing $375 on this payout because I don't want to risk losing any more of it by playing!
Newer folks...please read T&C on any casino site you plan to gamble at. Will save you much grief down the road. Thannks Taaa for the heads up on this one. Good luck to you on getting your winnings out by turning tha deposit over. Shouldn't be any problem for you! -

Thank you for your continued patience as you attempt to withdraw your winnings.
We have denied your withdrawal and the funds are currently back in your player account. After thoroughly checking our records, they indicate that you have made a deposit and want to withdraw, without having the deposit at least turned over once. As we do pay fees for both, deposits and withdrawal, a fee of 15% would be deducted from your payout of $670. Please resubmit your withdrawal request and we will deduct the fee or turn over your deposit once.
Please read our Terms & Conditions, rule 18:
18. If a deposit has not been turned over at least once before requesting a payout, an administration fee of 15% will be deducted.
Should you require any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact us at the below-mentioned telephone numbers and/or e-mail address.
Enjoy playing in the casino!
Yours Sincerely,
Jessica

Visa/MC is still available at the few casinos I play at but I'm sure that option will soon be disappearing as well. I think wire transfer and Western Union might also be an option but not only is it expensive, they don't get to the casino immediately like our other options. I checked with Live Chat at one of the Rival casinos I was playing frequently and inquired as to when a new deposit method for USA players might be available. Their response was "We're working very hard to establish a new method for depositing" but in the meantime, NO other option was available to deposit if you are in the US. -

And if I try to go to UseMyWallet login page I get this message:
The UseMyWallet service has been temporary stopped.
The only hopeful news in this is "temporary stopped."

hymacaw,
I just hope your $2500 came to your UMW in time when you were able to transfer it to a casino of your choice. As of today, you know that your money will be stuck if it is still sitting in your quicktender.
Taaa, I got it out in time and JC just processed it today and will be sent to my bank via wire....within 4-10 business days, which sucks but I am happy that I was able to get funds out of QT in the nick of time. -

Taaa...wanted to let you know that the WD I initated with JC for $2500 hit my bank account today via wrire...woo-hoo! For those that haven't been following this thread, these are winnings from a Rival casino about 10 days ago that I requested to be transferred to my QT account...funds were put into QT about 2-3 days before it was shut down. Once they were in QT, I immediately transferred the funds to a trusted RTG casino, played on it awhile and then cashed out, requesting funds be sent to my bank via wire. I've been really nervous about getting my hands on the winnings because of all the hoopla taking place. Soooo....with that, I think I'm going to count my blessings and lay low with online gambling awhile and wait things out to see what happens for us USA folks. Best of luck to all the rest of you!!
