  • I m not to sure where to post about this issue/problem/complaint/warning, if I am not in the right place please let me know.                  Since last Friday March 18th 2022, I have been having issues with Neosurf. 1st: was the site had crashed (depositing at all casinos).       2nd: no response when contacting to get info about not being able to use my vouchers.      3rd: 1 casino that I tried to deposit directed me to open an account on the Neosurf site, so I did. I then added my vouchers to my account, but was still unable to deposit at any casinos. So I waited till Saturday, they had sent me an email stating that they were having alot of tech issues & they were trying to fix the problem ASAP.  BUT then when I tried to go & login to my neosurf account I was unable, with a popup saying my account was blocked, with no explanation nor any response to my 6 emails. I did scan my ID and sent them. And now Monday the 21st they have been completely silent no response any where. So now I have no idea what to do or to contact to get my money realised. If anyone can help me with this would be much appreciated.                           Thank you.

    Very sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues with Neosurf. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you in this matter, since we only work with casino representatives regarding player complaints. 

    As per information on the Neosurf website, you should get a response within 2-3 business days when reaching out via contact form.

  • Thank you for replying to me, tomorrow will be the 5th day since I contacted them for the 1st time.                                                I have zero faith of this being solved & that I have lost my money,  but it will be there lose as well because I was buying approx for 500$ a week in vouchers for me & my friend but not any more. 

  • You're most welcome Gdolly, hope your problem will be resolved. Please allow them some additional time, you will probably receive some updates within the timeframe stated on their website (2-3 business days).

    If you contacted them on Friday please note that weekend days don't count, only working / business days. 

  • Hi, I just wanted to give you an update concerning my neosurf problem, well to this day April/18/2022 they still have not resolved anything & they are still ghosting me. There is no phone number to call them, they never respond to emails in a timely manner & when they do respond they state that do to the high volume of emails that it take longer to get back to me. I don't even know where, nor who I can contact to make a formal complaint, because I am positive if it was me who was trying to take/steal there money, I would be accused of fraud. So if anyone can guide me I would be extremely grateful. Thank you & stay safe.

  • I has a same experience, thought I bought casino credits at a thirdparty but never received, was a small amount and long time ago, but never bought a neosurf voucer again, Dudle is reliable and great service for customers  or sounds like that ( sorry, with every respect for D)
