  • Hello, I am in the US and do not have a bank account. My only option for withdrawal from a casino I won at is bank wire.

Does anyone know of a card or other method I can use to act as a wire transfer? With a routing number.

  • You need a bank account to receive a wire transfer. I'm unaware of any means to receive the withdrawal, as a US resident, without a bank account.

  • No, there are many cards that can accept bank wires. They provide routing number, account number, bank name and address. Most don't offer International transfers. I wondered if anyone found one that does offer International.

  • excella card does i got mine from the check cashing place..it has routing # bank name and address//

  • Thank you!

  • Don't they have courier check as an option?  Please post the casino group you are talking about so as to inform other players and allow them to avoid the same situation.

  • sounds like  a nightmare there should be something they can do surprise

  • Any info about the fee they charge you to deliver wire transfer via card?

  • The casino was Desert Nights. They charge $45 for a wire. No check or ANYTHING else as a withdrawal method for US players.

  • They will give you an alternative if you e-mail support and ask them nicely.  I've had 2 other options offered to me, but I won't get you too excited.  Just e-mail and ask it doesn't hurt.
Plus if you've over over $350 the wire should be free, unless if they have changed that since I stopped depositing back in April.

That's good to know.  So you can get this card and provide all the bank information associated with the card and the wire gets funded to the card?

Is this like a prepaid debit/credit card?
  • I would tread carefully with this card though.
This is the same bank that issues Wired Plastic.  I'm sure some would remember how many wired plastic cards got shut down because they only wanted wires coming from friends, family, and there own personal accounts.  Once they caught wind of "businesses" making wire transfers.  This got a lot of wire plastic accounts locked if not completely closed.
