No Deposit bonus

I recently got a promotional email from Palace of Chance and received 100$ free. So I used it and hit a jackpot of $4000.00 I realize that there was a withdrawl limit of 100$ however I never attempted to withdrawl it and they voided the money while I was playing.. Is there anything I can do?

Then after having this conversation my casino account was logged out and I am unable to get back onto the casino.

I knew I wouldn't be able to cash out the $4000.00 I won however I do enjoy playing online casino's on my spare time. Its just unreal how these casino's treat there people.
