you can find this deposit method at club world group, it is called EZVoucher.  I have done it and the process is very simple.  I saw paypal listed at their site and I asked them if we can use it, here is their answer,

I think Pay Pal would be pretty tough to use. They are part of Chase Bank and they are ridiculously cautious. Sure would be nice to use them though.

This seems to be a free funding method as the fee on your credit card is refundable.

1. First you have to become a member of the Pasteandpay website. You will need a valid mobile telephone number and credit card to open an account. Registration is free with no monthly or annual charges levied against your account. Note that we may request certain documents from you for verification purposes. Without these documents your membership status will restrict you to our minimum value criteria.

To successfully complete registration you have to confirm a “One Time Pin” (OTP) on the registration confirmation page. This pin will be sent to your mobile phone, so please make sure that you supply a valid mobile phone number.

2. Register your credit card
For security reasons we require you to register your Credit Card. Once your Credit Card is registered every purchase is directly debited against your card. During card registration there will be a minimal charge (less than $5,00) to your card. Return to Pasteandpay and enter the adjacent code as it appears on your credit card statement (example: pasteandpay|5653|ZA). The charges will be reimbursed the moment you verify this code. Once registration is complete and your account is verified, you can start transacting.

Note: Pasteandpay comply with the Card Association regulations and your CVV number is not recorded and/or stored on our database. You will have to supply the CVV number every time you make a purchase on Pasteandpay.

3. Buying vouchers
Create your own value voucher by using the buy vouchers link by entering the value you require and submitting your request or buy one of the listed vouchers. A 36-bit unique voucher pin will be sent to your mobile phone or email. Purchased vouchers are also viewable in your Pasteandpay.com account. Once a voucher is successfully redeemed on a Merchant’s Website the voucher will disappear from your account. If a voucher is only partially redeemed, the voucher will remain active in your user account for the remaining available value.

          Hey TAA, I was thinking of using this method but I'm not sure.  I was using the express payment method with a VISA debit prepaid successfully for a while and now I can only use it on Club World.    The other RTG's that use that method send me to the ICP website where now  it says I have to register for an account with ICP when I didn't before.  Do you know what this is about?    I'm sure it's a formality, probably no big deal but I don't why now?    Can you sign up for the paste and pay and use it on the same day?  I might have to try that.

Hey bongo.  you can sign up directly with paste and pay. In the past you used to be able to make one payment.  BUT now they send one of those little charges to your credit card to verify your identity.  it can take a couple of days.  And you are only allowed to deposits a day.

        Hey TAA,  I can deposit with the ICP site at Club World no problem,  but when I try at another site now a screen pops up asking me to login to my account?  weird 'cause  it doesn't ask that at Club World but other RTG sites I'm getting these weird prompts and am unable to proceed.  It might be worth noting that Club World was the first site I started using the Express Payment system.

note that you can use the express payment twice a day and that applies to all the casinos.  Example, you deposit with clubworld, then with slots jungle later on, but the deposit will decline if you try to deposit to casino titan later on that day.

          Thanks TAA,  I didn't know that.  I still don't know though. why I am receiving prompts to start/login to an ICP acct. when I never had to before.
