Following a quick and simple registration process, the tester made a deposit of $200 in BTC. A couple of minutes after typing in the desired amount of money, the tester received a notification that the transaction was successful.
Players can fund the account by using cards, wallets, and cryptocurrencies. The minimum deposit amount is $10 or the equivalent sum in other currencies.
Gameplay
As soon as money was added to her account the tester went on to play some games. She checked out Wild Bandito, Night Wolf Darkest Flame, and then tried luck with PopWins Critter Pop.
Her next choice was Hallowin, followed by Book of Pumpkin and 10,001 Nights Megaways and What the Fox Megaways. After that, she launched Brides of Dracula Hold & Win and Merlin’s Revenge Megaways but after only a couple of spins, the tester returned to Brides of Dracula Hold & Win.
Withdrawal and Customer Support
Our tester intended to withdraw USD 50. However, the cashier indicated that the available amount was $0, she turned to live chat to see what was the problem.
To clarify the situation- our tester didn’t meet the mandatory wagering requirement of 3x on deposit. Nonetheless, the Terms indicate that the cashout is possible but with a commission of 20%. When pointing that out to the live chat agent, our tester received a response that “this rule applies only in exceptional cases”.
After making a comment that the casino was breaking its own Terms and Condition, our tester was banned from the live chat. She tried initiating the communication a bit later the same day and a couple of days later, but unfortunately, without success. She even sent two emails, one on October 31st, and the other on November 3rd - both remained unanswered.
As no response arrived to explain the situation, our tester couldn’t withdraw the funds. That’s why she decided to play some games and spend her casino balance. She launched Stolen Treasure, and Mustang Money and then explored Super Charged 7s Classic and Roaming Reels.

Conclusion
Banning a customer from live chat without providing a reasonable explanation and leaving e-mails unanswered is definitely not the way to treat players. Though the Terms state that no withdrawals will be processed until the account is fully verified, our tester wasn’t asked to submit any documents for KYC.
All in all, players are advised to be very cautious when approaching AMPM Casino, as the operator doesn’t act in accordance with its own Terms.
