    First time ever since the beginning of this huge project? Our tester player at Argo Casino and to this day, after more than three months, still hasn't received her winnings. In short:

    • Tester of the day: MarijaS
    • Registration date: October 27, 2021
    • Deposit made on October 27, 2021, USD 200 / 0.0034 BTC; received USD 198.95
    • KYC documents sent on October 27, 2021, and October 28, 2021
    • First withdrawal requested on October 27, 2021; $513 / 0.0087 BTC (cancelled!)
    • Second withdrawal requested on October 27, 2021; $483 / 0.0082 BTC
    • Withdrawal request wasn’t processed after 3+ months and 36 emails

  • I used to get my money from IVI casino within 24 hours whenever I withdrew, which is the same owner as Argo casino, and I always thought they can be trusted.

    I am so disappointed with Argo, given I played at IVI years ago, maybe things have changed during Covid.

    I assume this would mean ZigZag, EgoCasino and ZigZag777, including IVI should be on warning, since its the same owner?

    Yes, correct, Argo Casino and sister brands have been placed on our warning list due to slow payouts, delays, or no payments at all..

    I want to know if MarijaS received her money from Argo Casino. I have a withdrawal pending for almost two months at Zigzag777 a sister casino of Argo casino, I have not yet received my money and the casino support is not responding.

    Yes, money is received a few days after the report is published.

    I have not found any solutions to get my money. with this kind of casinos the complaints lead to no result.
  • Very sorry to hear that, but please note that Argo Casino has been placed on our warning list due to slow payouts, delays, or no payments at all. We advise players not to play there. 

    They are also not cooperating with us regarding player complaints :(
