Withdrawal

Withdrawal request for EUR 50 via Zimpler was processed and credited on the same day. No fee was charged on this transaction.

To cash out, players can use more or less the same methods as the one for deposit. Cashouts are always returned through the same means of payment as the one a player used to replenish the account.

It is necessary to wager the deposit at least once before requesting a cashout, otherwise a fee will be applied. A player can have up to maximally three pending withdrawal requests on their account.

The minimum cashout limit is EUR 10. Depending on the loyalty level, the maximum per day ranges from EUR 500-1,000. Withdrawal limits per month go from EUR 7,000 to EUR 20,000.
