    So if you deposit Kats casino will follow up and payout but if you don't deposit and win there free chip welcome bonus it seems they don't like to payout well that's not right they shouldn't offer that then and then no one should make any deposits to KATS CASINO.

    I think the best thing to do is to definitely send in all your documents and get verified before you actually play because if you like me and you play and win and then sending documents, they don't like to verify them because they don't want to pay out, Kats casino doesn't want to pay out, so I recommend not making any deposits at Katscasino

    I was told I'm not allowed to withdraw my winnings because I couldn't provide proof of UTILITY IN MY NAME. My name isn't on the bills, my boyfriend is. I provided everything else for KYC, tried to send a bank statement (worked at other casinos) & even offered to send a copy of my Social Security card. I can't believe ALL BECAUSE MY NAME ISNT ON THE BILLS, I COULDNT RECIEVE MY WINNINGS. It's not right, completely unfair to withhold my winnings.

    Didn't get my winnings because my name isn't on the utilities. It's bs.
