Reviewing Deposit/Cash-Out process at MondCasino

Our tester made a €200 deposit via Skrill and then attempted to withdraw €50 after playing some games at MondCasino. Here are the highlights:

Tester Punakontti conducted an undercover test of MondCasino. The process went smoothly at first, but an unexpected twist occurred during withdrawal.

But did the payout still arrive as fast as he expected? Were there hidden fees? And how did a non-US-friendly MondCasino handle the entire process?

Registration

To get things started the tester registered at MondCasino by filling in a simple form. Shortly after, a confirmation email from the casino arrived, marking the successful completion of the process.

Deposit

As soon as he joined the platform the tester made a EUR 200 deposit via Skrill. The funds became visible on his balance less than a minute later. The confirmation email from the casino arrived as well. 

To deposit, players can use a variety of methods such as VISA, MasterCard, Skrill, MiFinity, Jeton, Rapid Transfer, CASHlib, Revolut, and Google Pay. Crypto options such as Bitcoin, Ripple, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Tron, and Solana are supported as well. The minimum to fund the account ranges from EUR 5 to EUR 20. Sometimes fees may be charged on deposits.

Gameplay

As soon as funds became visible on his balance the tester launched Tricky Treats, after which he explored Bangkok Hilton, Bluebeard’s Buried Treasure, El Cowboy™ Megaways™, Carnival Queen 2, and Big Cat King Megaways.

On the same day, he played Gorilla Gold Megaways, Bison Rising Megaways, and Safari Gold Megaways.

Koi Princess was the first title he checked out a day later, on November 3, after which he had fun with Extra Chilli, Jungle Spirit Call of the Wild, and Warlords- Crystals of Power.

Continuing to explore more slots a day after that, the tester opened his November 4th gaming session with Who Wants to Be a Millionaire. His next choice was Book of Gods, Birds on a Wire, Book of Books, and Xibalba. The last release he checked out before requesting a cashout was Crypt of the Dead.

Withdrawal

Accessing the cashier the tester noticed that Skrill is not listed as the available option, despite having previously successfully deposited using it. Plus, there’s a rule in Terms which notes that withdrawals are always returned via the same method, unless the operator decides otherwise.

Not sure which method would be most suitable, he decided to consult with the support department.

The live chat agent suggested he should use cryptocurrencies or a bank transfer. However, he inquired whether MiFinity would be okay for withdrawal.

Approved by the agent, the tester made a EUR 50 withdrawal request via MiFinity. A confirmation email and the approval for the request arrived shortly after, and so did the funds. The tester received EUR 50 via MiFinity on the same day, with no fees charged.

To withdraw, players can use VISA, MasterCard, bank transfers, MiFinity, and various cryptocurrencies, among which are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Litecoin, Tether, Dogecoin, and other methods, depending on the place of residence.

Minimum withdrawal limit for all listed methods is EUR 30, while the maximum amounts to EUR 2,500 per week and EUR 10,000 per month. Exceptions can be made for progressive jackpot winnings.

Processing times range from 24-48 hours.

Mandatory wagering of deposits before a cashout can be approved is significantly above the industry’s average, amounting to 5x the deposit amount.

Keep in mind that the casino’s maximum liability to a player is limited to the total amount they have deposited into the account within the last six months, minus any funds they have withdrawn during that same period.

Sometimes ID verification may be requested, but our tester wasn’t asked to submit any documents for that purpose.

Conclusion

Just like the Terms usually disclaim exceptions can be made for anything, including a method available for withdrawal.

Despite having to switch to another method, the player received his funds on the very same day. No delays or issues emerged, marking the successful completion of the testing process.
