  • Hi LCB'ers,

Our tester embarked on a new adventure of evaluating a shortlisted rising star at LCB Awards, MrO Casino. As always, the focus is on the registration process, deposit transactions, and withdrawal procedures, including the KYC submission. Highlights:

    • Tester of the casino: Juggaloroscoe
    • Date of registering: THU, January 11th, 2024
    • Deposit: $200 in Bitcoin on THU, January 11th, 2024
    • KYC: Driver’s license, a utility bill, and selfie with ID
    • First withdrawal request: $50 in BTC on THU January 25, 2024 – rejected
    • Second withdrawal request: $50 in BTC on MON, February 5th 2024 at 2:00 pm
    • Withdrawal received: February 5th 2024 at 4:00 pm

Tester Juggaloroscoe began the registration procedure on Thursday, January 11th, 2024. The sign-up process at MrO Casino is straightforward, and he completed the form without any issues. The registration was smooth and efficient, with details like name, email address, and password. Following the registration, a confirmation email promptly arrived, confirming the membership status of our tester.

followed after a successful registration at MrO Casino on Thursday, January 11th, 2024. Choosing the efficiency and convenience of cryptocurrency, Juggaloroscoe opted to fund his account with $200 in Bitcoin.

Utilizing the casino's crypto-only cashier, the transaction was seamlessly processed within a matter of minutes. More on that, MrO maintains a policy regarding minimum deposit limits for BTC transactions, ensuring that the lower limit is set at 0.0003 BTC, with a minimum value of $10.

Engaging in gameplay at this place, Juggaloroscoe explored the diverse range of RTG slots, trying his luck on popular games like Big Cat Links, Crystal Waters, Enchanted Garden, Achilles, Hyper Wins, and Lucky 6.

However… despite venturing into a variety of games, his gaming session was marked by modest wins and limited success. As his balance gradually dwindled to $50, Juggaloroscoe took the opportunity to test the casino's withdrawal process.

His first withdrawal request on January 25, for $50 in Bitcoin, was rejected due to unverified documents. Juggaloroscoe encountered the imperative Know Your Customer (KYC) process at MrO Casino. The casino emphasized the necessity for ID verification before processing cashout requests.

Prompted by the KYC procedure, Juggaloroscoe submitted his driver's license, a utility bill, and a selfie holding his ID.
The rejection of the withdrawal underscored the casino's commitment to security and legitimacy of all transactions. This experience served as a reminder of the importance of adhering to KYC protocols.

was initiated on February 5, 2024, at 2:00 P.M. To his satisfaction, the withdrawal of his remaining $50 unfolded swiftly, and the funds were seamlessly transferred to his Bitcoin wallet on the very same day at 4:00 P.M.

It's noteworthy that players at MrO Casino are entitled to a maximum payout of $/€ 4,000.00 per week. In cases where there is a remaining balance, the casino ensures timely disbursements through weekly installments, commencing with $/€ 4,000.00 per week and aligning with individual loyalty statuses.

We certainly learned a lot about MrO Casino in this exploration, from the seamless and user-friendly registration process to the adept handling of cryptocurrency transactions. We can say that the casino showcased commitment to delivering an enjoyable gaming experience.

Although Juggaloroscoe's gaming journey resulted in modest wins, the transparent and swift withdrawal processes on two separate occasions (without and with KYC) underscored the casino's reliability and dedication to customer satisfaction.
We hope you found this exploration informative and thank you for watching. Take care and enjoy your gaming responsibly!

  • Hi LCB-ers, video report added to the original post. wink

  • I'll add a little tidbit of information I found out today. Firstly, Mr.O has been nothing but good to me, withdrawals always processed within minutes, plenty of free spins and free chips since I've joined. Lately, I've been having a bit of a rough patch everywhere to be honest. Today I noticed I had 140 comp points which equals $1.40. Played around with it for a while and turned it in to $55. Requested a withdrawal and after 15 minutes noticed the $55 was back in my account. Checked withdrawal logs and it was denied and stated $35 max withdrawal. I thought they must've confused this with a free chip or free spins or maybe I left a few cents in my account before claiming the comp points. Live chat couldn't explain it and told me to email the pitboss.started looking in the dreaded Terms and Conditions and sure enough, max withdrawal from comp point redemption is 25x redeemed amount. Rules are rules, albeit this is a rule I've never seen with comp points. Rerequested $35 and it was processed almost instantly and the extra $20 was donated to Mr.O's retirement fund. My only complaints would be that they never emailed me about denying the withdrawal and no one could explain why it was denied. I just wanted to warn anyone else not to redeem comp points for a trivial amount like I did or it could be a disaster, $20 is no big deal but if I would've won the random jackpot I would've been furious. I'll chalk this one up to me not knowing an obscure comp point rule that I've never encountered. But rules are rules and I understand.

  • Hi pd77, thank you for sharing your experience with us. I believe that it will surely help someone. thumbs_up

  • I will be better able to decide whether or not to play at this casino thanks to LCB's thorough explanation of tester Juggaloroscoe's experience and our member 'pd77's sharing of his.
