We’ve sent our tester Punakontti to Regent Play casino to check out the speed of deposit and withdrawal transactions speeds, and to see if there are any unnecessary hoops players need to go through.

Refreshing the page seems to have solved the issue, as his account balance was updated to

Gameplay
With his deposit available in his account Punakontti went on to explore the casino’s incredible slot repertoire.
He started his playthrough with Lil Devil by Big Time Gaming, where he didn’t really have luck
with his spins.
The result was pretty much the same in a few other slots he checked out, until he finally
managed to score a win of €16.00 in Asgardian Stones.
Hoping for a better outcome this time around, our tester checked out another batch of slots, but
to no avail. Those big wins were nowhere to be found.
Safari Gold Megaways was the game that stopped his losing streak as the free spins feature led
the tester to a €48.56, which is certainly nothing to scoff at.
Still looking to score big, Punakontti took a chance and explored the casino’s slot offerings
some more. Unfortunately, despite scoring a few smaller wins here and there, he was left with
€88.14 in his account balance.
Looking for a game to end his playthrough, he loaded up Wolf Legend Megaways, which quickly
rewarded him with €22.68 with its free spins feature.
Feeling lucky, he kept spinning, but outside of the initial free spins win results were lackluster.
Despite that, he decided to take a few more spins. It turns out that was a good choice as out of
nowhere he scored a massive win of €533.60!
Satisfied with this result, the tester took a few more spins before bringing his playthrough to an
end.
Withdrawal
With €590.88 available in his account balance it was time for the tester to check out withdrawal processing times at Regent Play casino.
Once he opened the checkout menu, he saw a message informing him that he had to use the
same payment method he used for depositing, so he did.
He went to cash out €590.00, and with the €5.00 fee, the final cashout request was €585.00.
Upon submitting the cashout request, he received an email stating that his request of €590 was
received and that it might take up to 24 hours to process.
However, around two hours later, he received another email. This time it was Skrill, letting him
know that he had received a €585.00 payment.
Conclusion
The deposit process was smooth overall, except for the issue that seemingly got resolved by a
simple refresh of the page.
The tester had no problems during his playthrough, and the withdrawal process was pretty
much as easy and simple as it gets.
