Registration

The registration process took place on March 23, 2023. Having entered his e-mail address, password, mobile phone number, and some basic info, the tester officially joined Tsars Casino. An email from the operator arrived as well, to confirm the procedure was successfully finalized.

Deposit

Having registered, the tester deposited EUR 200 via Skrill. A fee amounting to EUR 1 was charged on this transaction. Noted in the Terms, this wasn’t an unpleasant surprise for our tester.

Available deposit methods include credit cards, e-wallets, vouchers, iBanking, and crypto. A wide variety of currencies is supported. The minimum deposit amount is EUR 20.

Gameplay

The first game the tester checked out was Katmandu X by ELK Studios, followed by BGaming’s Book of Kemet. After this, he launched Fire in the Hole xBomb and Dead or Alive II where he had a mega win of EUR 15. The next in line were Bonanza and ReefPop with PopWins mechanics.

A day later, on March 23, 2023, the tester played Dead Man’s Trail, Tropicool, and Tropicool 2. On March 24, the tester tried luck with Temple of Treasure Megaways and Safari Gold Megaways.

KYC and Withdrawals

Having registered, deposited, and played some games, the tester went on to verify his identity on March 22, 2023. He uploaded an image of his passport and a utility bill.

As the bill was out of date, the tester needed to provide another one and so he did. An e-mail from Tsars Casino arrived, confirming that the process was completed.

On March 24, 2023, the tester tried requesting a cashout but an obstacle showed up. He was notified that additional documents were needed to verify the identity. The tester was required to verify the payment method he used to deposit, so he submitted the screenshot. This document was approved approximately an hour later.

After this, he made a request to withdraw EUR 50 via Skrill. The tester was charged a mandatory fee of EUR 1 on withdrawals plus a 10% commission for failing to meet the mandatory wagering requirement of 3x on a straight deposit. Just like with the deposit, these rules were indicated in the Terms.

He received a total of EUR 44,55 on March 24, 2023. The transaction was processed instantly, even though the rules say the process might take up to 7 business days.

Paying attention to the Terms, players may encounter one contradictory point, which says:

“Withdrawals are processed without commission. Commission for the deposit depends only on the user’s payment system.”
Yet, based on our tester’s experience, fees were applied on both types of transactions, so we can freely say that they are mandatory.

Withdrawal methods are similar to those a player can use to deposit. The availability of banking options varies from one country to another.

Cashouts are provided within 24 hours after completion of ID verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is EUR 20. Maximum amounts per day, week, month, and year are limited at EUR 5,000, EUR 15,000, EUR 30 000, and EUR 50 000 respectively.

Conclusion

Although players are never thrilled with fees, when transparently mentioned in the Terms, there’s nothing to complain about. Despite a couple of shortcomings, Tsars Casino performed well in every segment of our tester’s investigation.

I found the deposit and withdrawals here pretty fast! Not instant for withdrawals but not waiting days either, pretty good as far as I'm concerned! Thanks for the review id say it's pretty accurate!

Although Tsars is a reliable casino, the deposit and withdrawal costs are high.
