Reviewing Deposit/Cash-Out process at ZetCasino

• Deposit of €200 via Skrill made on March 28, 2026. The tester received €200 as a starting balance.

• Withdrawal of €50 requested on March 29, 2026, via Skrill.
• The tester received €50 almost a week later, on April 4, 2026.

Registration

Right off the bat the tester ran into issues when trying to get his account up and running using the Pay n Play option which was offered to players from Finland.

However, whenever he tried to submit his deposit, a connection timeout notification appeared.

Trying again didn’t help either as the end result was the same - connection timeout.

Looking to get his issues resolved, the tester contacted the casino’s support team. The first agent advised the tester to try the usual - using incognito mode, try different browsers and similar solutions, but nothing seemed to work.

Trying all of the things suggested by the support agent, Punakontti decided to get in touch with the support once again. This time, he was given a different link to the casino and asked to register on that website instead.

After providing the necessary information, the tester finally registered his account and was ready to start his adventure.

Players should also keep in mind that the casino can deny opening of an account or close an existing account without any prior notice or explanation.

Deposit

Once the tester finally registered his account it was time to add some funds into his account balance.
The casino offered a plethora of different payment methods, including cryptocurrency, but our tester decided to roll with Skrill, which is what he used to deposit €200.

Unfortunately, as he was looking to complete his deposit transaction, Skrill let him know that they couldn’t process the payment due to an error in processing his request.

Despite that, as Punakonti opened the casino’s website, a notification appeared stating that he deposited €200, which could be seen in his account balance as well.

Gameplay

With €200 in his account balance the tester took a closer look at slot games available at the casino.
Punakontti started off with Pan’s Arcadia by Thunderkick in which he scored a few smaller wins that aren’t really worth talking about.

Robin - Nottingham Raiders was the first game that resulted in a solid win - €22.59 total win thanks to the free spins feature.

The tester then took a barrage of games for a spin, but didn’t manage to score much.

That changed with Well of Wonders, where after just a few spins he scored a mega win of
€25.25.

On top of that, just a few spins later, he managed to land a whopping ultra win rewarding him with €85.20.

Feeling lucky, the tester took another batch of slots for a test. The results were quite
underwhelming, until he loaded Birds on a Wire.

Thanks to the free spins feature, the tester managed to score a hefty total win of €82.40.

After another round of slots that yielded no noteworthy wins, the tester went back to Birds on a
Wire and triggered the free spins feature once again. This time he walked away with a total win
of €47.20.

Eventually, the tester ended his playthrough by taking a few spins at Casino Zeppelin.

Withdrawal

With €50.13 remaining in his account the tester checked out what payment options are available for withdrawing his funds.

The first option that caught his attention was Neteller. Right away he submitted a withdrawal request of €50.

However, almost instantly he changed his mind. He cancelled his Neteller withdrawal and requested a withdrawal of €50 via Skrill instead.

Right away he received an email stating he requested a withdrawal of €50 and that his request would be processed soon.

Our tester waited for a few days and received nothing - no emails, no updates, nothing. He then decided to check out whether he needed to verify his account.

However, when he visited the verification section of his casino account, it stated that at the
moment his account does not require verification.

Finally, on April 4, 2026, six days after submitting the withdrawal request, the tester received an
email from Skrill informing him that he received €50.

Conclusion

All things considered, the tester’s experience at ZetCasino was not the greatest.

Right off the bat he was welcomed by issues with Pay N Play, followed by a deposit where Skrill
informed him his payment wasn’t processed by the deposit went through anyway.

Last but not least, withdrawals taking almost a week are substantially slower than usual.
