I have used both Neteller and Moneybookers (now Skrill) over the years and, while they operate in similar ways, the key differences in my view are customer service and security. If anything ever goes wrong with your ewallet account, chances are you'll find it much easier and quicker to contact Neteller and get your issue resolved. I currently don't use Skrill but have read many horror stories online of people whose accounts were hacked having trouble getting through to customer support, though I think the situation has improved a bit lately. Still, just enter 'Moneybookers hacked' and 'Neteller hacked' into Google and compare the number of results, especially considering the service with more problems became popular after the other one had been the leader for years.
P.S. Paypal doesn't really figure into this discussion as most online gambling sites don't offer it as a payment method and only players from a few countries can use it.
i have to agree about customer service, thats right-neteller is very easy to use emails customer service, but skrill is too slow!
and also, they closed my sisters account without any reason-she sent all verification documents, never did anything like fraud, simple used for gambling..but they closed it and didnt said why..
