Swift Key/Iban #? (Tropica Slots)

Hey all,  I use a prepaid card for everything in life.  Of course I have a bank account, but it is for my business and I keep them completely and totally separate.  I just load $ on my card when I want to play.

So I won on a free chip at Tropica, and they only offer wire transfer for cashout?  Seems strange to me.  I would think they only need the routing # and account # (which I don't mind giving because there is never much $ in this account at all) but they have asked for the swift code and iban #.  Anybody had this happen before anywhere else?

I really want this cashout to go smoothly because I have been looking for a Rival to deposit at.

SWIFT and IBAN code ( iban is usually nothing else but your bank account number ) is usually needed when it comes to sending international wires.

And speaking from my personal exp, I am always asked to provide these two when it comes to international wires.

Swift and routing number are the same thing. IBAN =  International Bank Account Number which is required when sending wires internationally. In order to obtain your IBAN, you will need to contact your bank's customer service department. They will provide you with what you need. It's pretty standard.

I think what seems strange to me is only one withdrawal method. But if this one works well and is at no cost to the player then I guess it's all that is needed!  I will contact my bank tomorrow and keep you all updated.

My bank doesn't even have a SWIFT/IBAN # They told me they did away with that 2 years ago!

So heres my story with my first deposit at Tropica Casino:

I ran into the same situation at Tropica Casino. I made a small deposit eventually making the 20x playthrough with a balance of $150. It's not so easy to get those big wins on Rival software but I grinded it out and was excited to make a cashout. As you noted for US players they only offer a Wire option which is pretty lousy given the fees the bank charges to process. My bank charges $15. Not only that after talking to support, the casino also charges $50 unless you withdrawl over $250. I wish I had known that before hand or I never would have deposited at Tropica Casino.Before I deposited I looked on their banking tab on the website and indicates no fees. Also the bonus is non cashable they deduct that from your withdrawl. So in my example, I have $145 to withdrawl minus their $50 wire fee minus the banks $15 wire fee and after they take out the bonus money $30 I am left with a whopping $50. I deposited $30 and of course the bank tacks on a 3% international fee so I stand to make $19 after all is said and done. Totally not worth it. So now I'm forced to try and keep winning to get to the $250 threshold which will most likely end up in a bust out. Anybody thinking of depositing at Tropica Casino please keep this in mind because they don't tell you this before hand.
