  • i FINALLY won something worth withdrawal. made request using bitcoin as payout method. i do all of my banking online and neither accounts accept bank wires. i got email payout approved. then i get email that i need to cancel my payout request and chose a different method to payout as i did not deposit using bitcoin. if i requested a check - how would i cash it? i don't imagine i could. i bank online and it's an international check. any suggestions for a bank i can sign up with that will accept international bank wire. i live in usa.

  • How did you make a deposit? Card or Bank Transfer?

    I would try and get some BTC and make a deposit using BTC, wager the deposit once and then withdraw via BTC, since you deposited with BTC the 2nd time around.

    Also do you mind sharing the name of the casino in question?

  • I made several deposits using visa and mastercard. I have bitcoin and asked if I could deposit with bitcoin and then request a new payout. the answer was not for this withdrawal but fpr future deposits. I can't get a bitcoin payout as I hadn't used it to deposit, but was told I can get a bank wire to an account that I haven't used to deposit. 

    I have submitted another payout request using an account that I rarely use but does accept international bank wires. Hoping it works out.

    I made the initial request on 2/28. This is one of several casinos I chose to deposit at because of their reputation for being trustworthy and fast payouts. It took maybe 5 days for them to verify my account, which I thought was done when they accepted my first deposit. I was verified enough that my money to be accepted, not once but several times, but not enough to get a payout. 

    The casino I am dealing with is Casino Max. I am absolutely concerned for whether or not the payout will be issued, hopefully soon, and if I will actually be paid so that I get the money just as they have gotten mine. Casino Max has been in constant contact with me and quick to respond to every email I've sent. They appear to be trying to help. I've had several chats with Mike and he is good at following up. 

    I will update this as it goes on. And appreciate any suggestions!

  • Thanks for the info, messica. Casinos usually ask their player to withdraw to the same payment method they use for the deposit. You should always check it first before you make the next deposit. We also notified the casino rep about your post. :) 

  • Hey Messica, just to reassure you all looks fine with your withdrawal. Stick to the communication you're having with Mike and he'll look after you. Nothing to worry about though, I think the weekend just delayed a little as there isn't much that can be done over weekends for withdrawals.

    Oh and congrats on the win! :)

  • casino max was quick to respond and together we are working on the issue. waiting for my bank customer service line to open to make sure I have correct information for transaction.
