hey has any 1 played at all star slots ?  i think it might be 1  of the top casinos real soon

i highly doubt all star slots will ever be among the top casinos, their customer service leaves alot to be desired allthough it is not horrible either and they realy do not have all that many games or offers (other than the once a month match bonus up to $50)

I played there serveral times, with no luck

All star slots is a garbage casino. After spending money on their site, I finally won a little bit of money. I used my cash app card once and my business card in which I used the one time virtual card option because I don't like people having my sensitive info. Now I can't withdraw the money because I don't have a physical card to display it's number which I told them plenty of times that it's a one time virtual card and sent them photos of the real card for verification but they seem to not understand what a virtual card is! I took their verification so many times but the last time I made sure and spoke to customer service about the withdrawal and if my verification was ok in which he told me yes everything is in order except he had to call me on my phone which he did and everything was good. He said my withdrawal should be completed by Tuesday, this was Sunday. Then come Tuesday, no withdrawal they said they were processing the withdrawal...ok cool...a couple days or so later I get a email saying I need to verify my account again, and they need a photo of my card...again, it's a one time use virtual card! I keep explaining this to them but they keep on insisting that I send them a photo of the card with that number! ITS A ONE TIME USE VIRTUAL CARD! So needless to say my winnings are sitting there in stasis! And I cant get my winnings! Casinos like this piss me off. They had no problem taking my money but every problem in the world when it's time for them to pay! Verification should really be done before you're able to pay! So I'm speaking with a lawyer about it now! Oh and I got proof of the support agent telling me everything was good and I'll have my money on that Tuesday...
