Any experiences with Cinema Casino withdrawals?

Heya everyone!

I won some money on a free play bonus at Cinema Casino, and they now request a minimum deposit before I go and make a withdrawal. To be quite frank, I have no problem with that, that's a standard procedure, but what's been very strange is that now I cannot see my winnings anywhere, and their live chat service has been unavailable ever since I won. A pure coincidence, probably, but it has made me hesitant to deposit before I withdraw. That's why I wanted to check with our little community here, if anyone's had any experiences with this casino and their withdrawal procedures.

Hi Cat,  I would be a bit concerned too if you can't see your winnings anywhere.  I certainly wouldn't deposit until you can see them on your account/in the casino lobby.

I don't have any experience with this casino so I really can't offer much help.

Yeah, nothing's been happening so far. Their customer support is unavailable non-stop, showing me a 'timed out' message each time, after spending ages of connecting to a casino representative. Nope, I don't think I'll be depositing here for now, something definitely doesn't look right...

Well, today I was trying out a new Microgaming slot at Cinema in fun play, when their support, which was unavailable for days, including today, popped up and asked if I needed any help. Then we started talking about the bonus, and it turned out that I won on the free play bonus, and fulfilled its wagering requirements, but that now I need to deposit in order to access my winnings with which I can play in the casino, but which I cannot withdraw unless I meet another set of wagering requirements.

I have no experience with free play bonuses, so I really wanted to ask you guys: Is this common practice for free play bonuses? It looks strange, but if it's normal, then I'm not gonna be the one to complain about it.

I think you will find that it is all very normal Cat.  I've had opportunities before where I had say an hours freeplay and in order to get the money that I won in the freeplay, a deposit is required (with playthrough on the winnings)- I just never did the deposit (this was back way before I ever deposited to an online casino).

What have they told you that the playthrough is?

Well, they said it's 30x, but I need to deposit in order to get the bonus, and then fulfill the playthrough of 30x. I thought these bonuses were like regular ND bonuses, but they actually make you comply with the playthrough twice before you can deposit. Nevermind, I'll try my luck with my own money next time!
