  • Im very angry with how this casino operates, i requested a withdrawal on feb 2nd for $250 i sent in all the forms requested deposited even 3 times, and am still waiting everytime i contact them they give me a answer like "ourfinance dept is not here" or "still processing" contact us later. Its been 3 weeks since i got the email that my docs have been approved.  My username is msupuk. Any guidance as to what to do next is appreciated!R

  • I can understand your frustration and to wait this long is ridiculous. I am sure as soon as Zuga hears from them he will let you know. Sit tight a bit longer and hopefully it can be straightened out.

  • I have deposited eight times and have two wire transfer withdrawals at Crazy Luck casino that I am waiting for.  They were requested January 17, 2012 and February 1, 2012, and show complete as of March 1, 2012.  Their live help has said 5 more working days, then 24 more hours, then a few hours more.  No response to emails I have sent to them.  They still have not been deposited into my bank account.  Help!  My casino ID is roncsr.

    I have had the same exact experience with CrazyLuck.  I've been waiting for a number of weeks for my $300.11 withdrawal.  Each time I contact them I'm told that it will be just another 48-hours.  (I've been told this three times over the past week).

    This morning, I used Live Chat and spoke to "Shane" who told me that he spoke with the accounting team and that they were processing the withdrawal immediately.  I waited 12 hours and then logged back into the casino and found that the withdrawal was still listed as a Reversible Withdrawal, meaning that it had NOT been processed at all.

    I don't know how they could ever expect me to make another deposit if it is so difficult to retrieve any winnings!

    NO! It sucks being an online gambler in the USA. I remember when I could cashout to neteller. Goto the ATM and get the money. And then blow it on some blow. laugh_out_loud

  • They should be rogued at this website so that others don't deposit.  The only reason you may get paid is because you complained on a public website.

    The only way to hurt these type of casinos is for you and others to never deposit again.  They don't value you as a customer. Period.

  • and that is why Rival isn't very well looked upon.  I mean seriously, if you look at CM, he's rogued almost every Rival.  Due to no/slow pay, incompetent customer service, and people who just don't have a very good stable background.  My guess is that as long as you pay for Rival's licensing fee, they don't care if you have the money to really pay players.  Heck even half of them are white labels that all do they do is Market for Rival.  Which has even hit me as a place that doesn't have it's finances well put together.

    This is happening to me to, but I don't even get a response like you do. No one has told me anything. The customer service people Henry and Shane tell me to wait 3 more days for a cash out. I've been waiting on a withdraw or at least an approval of the withdraw for a month and a half now. Say story each time I check. Mines was very small though so I don't worry about it too much.
    I think the customer service is what gets me. Here is the company that powers the software...do you think they could get involved in anyway to either
    A. Get this rogue casino to pay out or
    B. Shut it down so no one else gets messed over?
  • SMH you people never learn. Please do your research on rival casinos as a whole. You would see its better of to not touch any of them with a ten foot pole. I wrote about Crazy Luck in another thread here. I knew this would happen and it did. AVOID THIS CASINO!!!!

  • I am in the same situation now. Did you ever get paid at the end? I made a withdrawal on Aug 27 and it is now Sep 11 , I have been on live chat with them every single day with conflicting response everyday. I contacted David Miller on the other well known gambling forum and it does not seem to be helping. One day I got 24-48 hours next day it will be processed in next 2-3 days. My lesson learned.. STAY AWAY FROM CRAZY LUCK CASINO!!! They are bad news!.
