DONE with Rushmore, Slots Oasis, and Cherry Red! Here is why...

Well, I have officially told Rushmore, Slots Oasis and Cherry Red to cancel my accounts. 

This morning when I went to play, all sites would not let me add a bonus.  I have been a player for years, VIP status, $1000s in deposits, etc.  When I asked the customer service and the manager on duty, here is the reply I received:

"This may be for numerous reasons including, but not restricted to, player abuse, suspected fraud and software manipulation. You are welcome to continue playing at Rushmore Casino, but unfortunately bonus offers will not be available to you as decided by upper management."

What the hell?  Yeah, I recently had a nice run with wins, but I sure have had my losses, too.  Plus, what an insult to a loyal player.  They strongly imply I have cheated them. 

Well...I am gone now.  Anyone recommend a good, USA player friendly, casino?

some casinos just dont like people to win from them maybe~

i hear ya doc,  they are clowns at best.  once this mess gets usa regulated,  these folks are done.  at least we know that things are still running smoothly just like heather the rep told us!!!

Same thing happened to me at Slots Jungle......but they only told me it was a "Management Decision but it was final!....no reason.
But since I wasn´t born yesterday, it was b/c since I did win some money there!
Well, they would probably get the money back pretty quick since I am a total slotsjunkie and enjoy playing there but with that attitude??...Don´t think so! ...there are PLENTY of places that wants my money, but they have to treat ME with respect and NOT as if "They are there for us....the other way around works much better!....Without customers, they would not be able to do any business!

Yeah, this, to me, is strong evidence this casino group is rogue.  They like you to play...as long as you loose.  But, if you win, then you are treated like a cheat.
